hey girls... i'm just checking in to say hey =) this weekend has been great so far - i'm here until wed morning =) I haven't written down any of my food for the past few days - it hasn't been the best, but it wasn't too horrible either... we'll find out..

*sigh* finally back from the BEST break i have had in a long time. I spent almost every single hour I was home with brandon - except the 8 that he had to work on Monday... It's official - he's moving to Nashville so we can be together after the New Year.. whee! No plans yet for a wedding date... as he with his very logical mind reminded me, i have no time to plan a wedding... so he wants to wait until i'm done with school so we can do it right.

food for this weekend wasn't the best... i ate much larger portions at meals - BUT i also didn't eat snacks all the time... so i'm not sure. I'll weigh myself in the morning and again on Friday.

The really great news was that everyone was so supportive and really noticed a difference. I think that I have lost only abotu 10 lbs since I came back here at the beginning of August - but I have also toned up some areas. I saw a friend I hadn't seen for a year or two and he was VERY impressed. It felt SO great!!! My fiance Brandon was quite disappointed in how small my breasts have gotten... not itty bitty or anything, but just smaller than he remembered - but he very much enjoyed how the rest of me looked ;)

That's all I have time for right now - I'm at work and need to catch up a bit...

whew... 3.5 lbs off of my body!!! yay!!! I think that I can get these last few pounds off in the next week or so - and then it's just toning and defining my muscles =)

I'm so excited for you that you only have two pounds left! And I'm so glad you had a good time with Brandon! He'll have to get used to smaller boobs. Guys. They want it all. :)
 
thanks girls =) I'm trying!!! although it doesn't look like it from my dinner tonight... to be honest - I had all of the drinks before I ever made it to actual dinner (at around 11:30) but I did get in a decent amount of calories - not as many as I thought it would be!!!
