hehehe.... the cheesecake was at this fundraiser lunch I went to... I have no idea if that was what it was - it tasted like tart green apples, and had the consistency of cheesecake... so hmm.. who knows! =)

yeah, the boobies are kind of depressing my fiancee... I was a C cup... and this summer moved down to a B and filled it out very well... and now the B cup is seeming a tiny bit big... =( I don't think that I'm really too upset about it myself - I can actually wear shirts without the buttons popping at my chest!
 
I know that feeling!!! I don't think I own a button up shirt that I haven't had to replace a button on! I try to avoid button shirts altogether!! I've been in a D since I was 12 so I don't think they're gonna get too small! I hope not because I don't think I'll ever have small hips and ass either Hate to end up too bottom heavy!
 
How many calories do you allow yourself a day?....I wonder how many I need?
Andreas really dont want me to lose my boobs while I loose weight. But he did say , the thought of me being healthier at a smaller size outweighs his "boob man mentality"
If we had the money , and my breasts got real small I would have a breast job done.
I like them big....( maybe perkier..lol)...and sometimes they do get in the way...But I love em!!......
I hate my lower stomach. Its the one thing that makes me have to wear bigger sizes.
And its the thing that doesnt seem to be getting any smaller. They say cardio really helps shrink belly fat. ..Is there anything else?? ..........
 
I have the same problem. I have to go at least a size bigger on my pants than my waist size so I can zip them up over the lower ab area! Drives me crazy. I agree on the boobs too. I like the size I have but I have considered the surgery to shorten the muscles on top and make them stand a little more at attention. Don't really like the fact that they're always looking at my shoes!!!!!
 
I think that cardio is about the only way to go... you can build up the muscles underneath the fat - and it will help some... but the fat has got to go before you can see the muscles...

I try to do between 1300 and 1400 cals each day... it has seemed to work really well for me - with slow steady progress... I think that my RMR was like 1800 calories, and so I subtracted 500 from that - so in one week I cut 3500 cals, which is equal to one pound of fat... but I also exercise and things, so I give myself the extra 100 or so...
 
oh - and I think I'm getting brandon out of the boobie mentality... we talked about it again, and he LOVES how the rest of me looks, so he said that he'd just have to get used to it - and lifting weights has helped to make my boobs a bit perkier... building up those pecs helps! Maybe this way when I get pregnant and have babies I can get back some of the boob fat - and still have them be slightly perky?

My sister...had normal sized breasts. Then she had a eating problem.....pretty much lost them all...BUT....after she had my nephew....OMG....she has like the...perfect "more on the big side "boobs...lol.....and she never did breast feed nor has she lost them......So maybe there IS hope for them to return....lol

Kaite only 2 pounds to go babe! How've you been? Looks like you're doing great, I'll have to look deeper into your diary to see how the family visit went... Boobies are becomming my enemy! They are not up to spirits as they used to be! Phil says they are beautiful and wants to take pics (OMG NEVER) but I know they've seen better days... I will have to try the pec excercises to perk these babies up...
Keep at it hun.... ONLY 2 POUNDS! WOO HOO!
 
Katie, you are doing sooo good! Keep it up! What are you going to do once you reach your goal? Are you making a new goal,or just working on maitnence(sp)??

Speaking of boobs...the other day, I was flashing my hubby, and he said "you know, if i hadn't seen those every day for the past 8 yrs, I'd be seriously turned on right now"

I couldn't believe he said that!

I think that I will make a new goal... I still have some chub around my middle, and I would like to lose some more of the fat and build back muscle... I don't know that I'm going to set a goal weight... b/c i will probably not lose alot of actual weight - its more the toning that I'm going for =)

I have been wearing the same size pants since this summer - and today I had a pair of pants on - and they are WAY too baggy... I hope I can stabilize and get to my "final size" soon - b/c i'm gonna need new clothes!

Morning Katie. You have done so amazing I couldnt even imagine being in the 130's. Im sure you are looking amazing as well. Keep up the good work and you will be tone before you know it. God Im so jealous...LOL. Anyway just wanted to pop in and see how you were doing. Hope you have a good day.

Ok so time for me to pop in and say what a great job you've been doing. thanks for the post in my diary even though i haven't been around. :) Keep up the great work girl can you believe it, you're practically there!!
 
Instead of doing a new goal as in weight loss...how about inches lost?....Because the toning and building muscle is going to make you sleeker!!!.....I like that word!!!...lol

Hey...(its no big deal)....but I just wanted to let you know I never did receive your post card....it probaly got lost in the mail and I will receive it around January....lol
And THEY have raised the postage stamp price AGAIN!!!!...lol
