LOL!!!! Well, there WAS some steamy sex... but nothing I want to share!!! I'm keeping all of that to myself ;) hehehe...

exercise: bike to and from school (15 min)


so - for the weigh in this morning, I came in at 134.5... I have actually be fluxuating alot in the past two weeks, depending on what I eat and when I exercise... last tuesday I was at 134... so I really didn't do so good this week w/ all the parties and things... this week will definately be better with the exercise and food... and then it's thanksgiving - oh man - I hope to make it through that week w/o gaining 10 lbs!!!

ahhh!!!! I have had such munchies all day long!!! grrr... It's only 4:30 and I have already had about my daily amount of calories =(
 
Allright Katie... calm down... you can do this... just get some water.... and keep your mind busy... maybe you can chew gum? Or suck on a candy or something?
 
Come on Katie you are like one of the strongest girls I knows. You are doing great. Now Just remember NO MORE MUNCHIES. A moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips...I always hated that saying.
 
wow... i totally should have read this BEFORE I ate the snickers...

I think that I"m just really low on energy today... if you have noticed - I have only had between 1000 and 1200 cals the previous two days... my body is screaming for a few more calories!!! plus I haven't slept, and I usually resort to munching on something when i'm nodding off... so at work, i snacked. bleh... !!!

I guess i'll just have to run extra tonight... i'm going to the gym right after work, instead of eating and then waiting for a few hours, so i'll have time to get a bit more in...
 
In order to combat cravings tomorrow... here is the plan! breakfast: special k (150) banana (100) green tea snack: raisins (130) 16 oz h2o lunch: cheese (100) carrots and celery (50) yogurt (80) sunflower bread (120) 16 oz h2o snack: cheese crackers (130) 16 oz h2o dinner: ravioli (300) sauce (50) 16 oz h2o total cals: 1310 h2o: 64 oz
 
Good plan for tomorrow Katie and dont feel too bad about the snickers, It could of been worse. And you do so good all the time you deserve a little treat now and then.
 
okay - so yesterday wasn't so bad - I have been quite stressed with school and not enough sleep, so I was blowing things out of proportion =)

breakfast:
special k - dry (100)
dannon smoothie (80)

mediterranean tomato lentil soup (120)
sourdough bread bowl (400)
12 oz h2o

snack:

h2o: 32oz so far
exercise: walk 40 min (to and from class)

funny I freaked out yesterday about going over calories, and then i didn't today... mostly b/c I kind of am at a point where I don't care... I have too many other things to think about!!! I'm really thinking about taking the next week or two and not explicity counting calories - just focusing on my work, making sure I get the exercise in, and seeing if I can eat healthy without being so strict with myself... but I also fear that by the time december rolls around I will gain 10 lbs! hmmm.... what do the rest of you think?!

I think it is possible to eat sensibly without having to keep track on paper... you KNOW you! If you need the time to rest your brain a bit... with work and all taking up so much space in there... lol.... I think you should be fine... just WATCH YOURSELF on Thanksgiving...
Small portions... stay healthy.. dont give into craves... you should be ok...
 
hehehe... thanks babe! i'll try it out - at least over this weekend and see how it goes... I may have to try to set some limits and pay attention when I go home - just to make sure I'm eating small enough servings of things =)
 
You will do fine Katie your so smart. Just get a little plate instead of a big one. I know that works for me generally. I usually weigh everything for the most part though. If your going home just see your boyfriend alot. Sex burns off tons of calories then you can eat what you want...LOL.
