bleh - exercise has not been going since thursday... I feel really bad, because I just haven't made time for it to happen... I really want to go right now - but i'm in the midst of working on an application that is due tomorrow and don't know if I can spare the time... =(
 
Good Morning Katie, Just wanted to pop in and check on you. Your food always looks so yummy and Good job on going to the Gym last night I know when I dont workout I feel horrible. Hope you Have A Happy Halloween!!!!
 
bleh - i am having real problems getting motivated to get out of bed in the morning and get my work done... I need some new energy!!!!

good morning everyone!!!! I'm excited to get started... and happy to say that I have maintained my weight since last Friday - still at 137...

Gym first.....bar later!!!!.....Everyone asks where you been..you can smile real pretty with those beautiful cheeks..and say..Oh I went to the gym......
And when you hear yoursef say those words...you will think....hell yeah..I burned me some pizza off!!!!
 
hehehe... I always go out on Tuesday nights with the girls for pizza... we go to this local place where they have really thin slices and it's not very greasy - you get two slices for the price of one and get to pick your toppings... so I try to be as healthy as possible with my topping choices, and otherwise just settle for what I have - it is the one night a week where I don't worry about calories, which i think has been very healthy (in more of a holistic sense) for me. =) I'm really going to try to limit my alcohol intake from now on - not that I drink ALOT... and when I do, it is only on special occasions, but if I can stick to only 2 beers an evening, once or twice a week, I think that I'm doing okay... usually it is only once a week.
 
okay - so yesterday night I didn't do so good.. I was really tired all afternoon - and so I was planning after dinner to maybe just go workout and then go to bed... and then the plan changed to not workout and just go to bed... and my girlfriends and I were gripping about our exams we got back and they somehow convinced me to go out with them... and i didn't stick to my limit... bleh.... so I ended up having 3 beers and a shot and not exercising...

I know that exercise wasn't the plan of doing extra cardio and lifting weights... I was planning on going to the gym at 9pm... and my fiancee called then, and said he got off of work early and so we ended up talking for 2.5 hours... and the gym was closed by the time we got done... so i did that workout here at home - he made me PROMISE to do it =) he's such a sweetie (even though he is VERY sad that my boobies are smaller - he talked about it for about half an hour tonight)

holy crap girls... i'm SO proud of myself... I got to work tonight, and what do they have sitting there for me, but a piece of chocolate and caramel CHEESECAKE!!!!! And somehow I had the willpower to not eat it... I think it was the guilt from yesterday - and not wanting to flub up two days in a row... AND knowing that I would have to post it... AND knowing that I would be letting my team down...

whew - that was a close one!!! =)
 
Congratulations hunnie!!! I had to do that all day Saturday. It was a nightmare. We had band all day. We arrived at 6 and on the bus ride to Columbus they gave us donuts. Then after the contes we got some candy from other bands. Then we went to a lunch place and they had a bunch of cheesecake, shortcake and all that stuff. Then on the bus ride home they gave us HOMEMADE COOKIES. Then we got back to the school and they gave us pizza and pop for dinner. Then at the football game we had the leftover pizza for a snack.

I resisted it all!! I just didn't take the donut, cookies, candy, or pizza and I had packed my own lunch and dinner. Doesn't it make you feel so proud of yourself?
 
I am so glad you two resisted temptation!!!!!....Guess what! So did I!!!....Andreas came home and wanted mcdonalds......I got a grilled chicken sandwhich..and a 99cent fajita...plus diet coke......no french fries....( 1.50).....no cookies....( 3 for a dollar)..... but the feeling of not giving in......priceless!!!!!!!
 
hehehe... exactly!!! oh girls =) i'm so glad you know how good I feel!!!

and thanks for being here- b/c if it was up to me tonight - I would have not gotten any workout done... I just couldn't bear having to tell you again that I didn't get it done.

bleh - i hate my school work so much!!! the good news at least is that in the procrastinating I cleaned my room, did my laundry, and forgot to eat lunch until 3!

My hike this morning was sooo nice... I talked about it a bit in the matrons of honor thread - but the leaves were changing and falling and it was such a warm and crisp day - *sigh* I wish I could just spend all day out there walking around in nature!!!

So I'm writing in here b/c i'm debating whether or not I should go up to the counter at the coffee shop I'm at right now and buy the muffin that is sitting there tempting me... I have only had like 1100 calories so far... hmm.... OR i could just get some green tea and have a yogurt when I get home before bed... decisions decisions!!!
 
green apple cheesecake????? You always have the most interesting foods! Join the club on the incredible shrinking boobs. Last night John mentioned that "the girls" have shrunk! Since they still fit just fine in the D's I think he'll be ok!!!
