hehehe... I always go out on Tuesday nights with the girls for pizza... we go to this local place where they have really thin slices and it's not very greasy - you get two slices for the price of one and get to pick your toppings... so I try to be as healthy as possible with my topping choices, and otherwise just settle for what I have - it is the one night a week where I don't worry about calories, which i think has been very healthy (in more of a holistic sense) for me. =) I'm really going to try to limit my alcohol intake from now on - not that I drink ALOT... and when I do, it is only on special occasions, but if I can stick to only 2 beers an evening, once or twice a week, I think that I'm doing okay... usually it is only once a week.
