green eggs and ham (200) - I just realized that i ate ham... which is not part of a vegetarian diet... doh! but it was for Dr. Seuss' birthday at the school where I tutor

Dinner:
spaghetti w/ marinara and "veggie crumbles" (275?)
2 pieces of garlic bread (150)
salad (50)
wine.... (250?)


Total Calories:1500
Total Water: 64oz

Exercise: 15 min kick boxing workout.

midterms are done... and had some friends over tonight to relax and chill out... we ate spaghetti and watched top gun and drank wine... mmm... what a night.

Helllloooooooo!!!!!! I'm back everyone!

I tried so hard to keep a food journal while i was gone and did great the first week (except for not knowing how many calories i ate eating out) and then the second week, everything went down hill =) too many good things to eat! But i had a ton of fun, took lots of walks and hikes, exercised with my brothers, and so now i get back into my routine and get to hang out with all of you again.

It's good to be back!

I did make it.. it's really easy too... just take some extra firm tofu and crumble - add some spaghetti sauce and any seasonings you want... mix together and spread onto a slice of french bread... then bake for 10-15 min in an oven at 450 degrees.. yummy.... you could add vegetables or any other toppings you want I would imagine - I almost added mushrooms tongiht, but put them on my salad instead

I would give you the exact recipie, but i never follow it... i usually eat myself however two slices of french bread (sliced across) and use about 2 oz of tofu, and then 1/4 cup of sauce... but just decide how much you want to make, and then figure out how much tofu would cover that, then add enough sauce to make it a good balance (remember, tofu doesn't have much flavor). I added oregeno, basil, garlic salt, pepper, and onion powder to mine last night - but use whatever you would to help season pizza or spaghetti...

plus tons of alcohol... who knows how many calories.... i went out with friends tonight, and needless to say, i'm a bit drunk right now... probably way too many calories for my own good, but it was fun...

I had 2 glasses of wine, one cosmo (with whiskey instead of vodka) and two kaluhas with milk.... and then two bud lights... oh my goodness... i'm such a naughty girl...

Total Water: definately 64 oz, if not more.... i tried to drink water for every drink tonight....
Exercise: 15 min walk to school... got a car ride home...

I want a french bread pizza now after reading that. lol Hmm next time I'll make my own, with your inspiration! haha :) You're doing so awesome girl! Keep up the great work!
 
hehehe... yeah, i used to make them all the time.. the tofu helps b/c then you don't necessarily need the cheese, but i used to do like spaghetti sauce base, then ham and pineapple, or mushrooms, or whatever and then just smother cheese on top.. bake it for a few minutes and quick, easy, yummy meal
 
Okay.... so my friends are all in trouble, b/c they let me drink too much last night. I feel HORRIBLE this morning! needless to say, it has taken me a while to decide i want to eat food today.

I'm home for the weekend, which means a crazy schedule and no routine. Plus, I stayed at my boyfriends last night and he had food poisoning and was up sick all night... bleh...
