Looks like you're doing really great to me. You have a wholesome healthy menu going on. I noticed that you had ice cream with strawberries and were a little upset about it-I don't think you should be. That's not a bad treat. It had dairy and fruit, and it was low in calories, considering that it was a dessert. Frozen yogurt with strawberries would probably get the same effect, but would have less calories, so you wouldn't have to feel bad about it. I think you're doing great.

What's waldorf salad? I'm very curious.
 
hehehe... i found a recipie for it in a mag.. you might like it actually - no meat! it's fruits/veggies/nuts in a yogurt dressing... i'll post it in the recipe section =) Thanks for the support =)

I've lost almost 20lbs... I'm at about 153 right now... =)

dinner: (Divinity School Gala! - too much good food... so i'm saving up some calories for later...)
who knows how many calories... BUT, i only had 2 drinks all evening, so that helps =) I also only had two small plates of food at the party, and appetizers before... so that's not bad at all in my estimation...

I'm gradually building up my momentum so eventually i can get to the point of running a full mile. That is my new goal before the summer... and today I was able to do more than i had before =) I have never been a runner. I always dreaded it when we had to do the mile in high school. I was always one of the last ones done. But for some reason, at this time in my life, getting out there, sweating it out, enjoying the fresh air, it is really a great experience.

I am so glad that I have this forum, because if it wasn't for the encouragement here to keep with my plans, i would have sat on the couch this afternoon watching television instead of enjoying the beautiful day. I needed something like this to make me stick with my plans. Plans that have now gone on for almost three months and a 20lb loss! wooo hooo!!!!

p.s. it sucks to live alone and have to buy things like grapes in such big bags... there is never time to eat them all b4 they go bad!

you are doing so well girlfriend the food choices you have made are great youve improveda a great deal, thanx for the vote of confidence in me, im down a wopping 6kgs dont be shocked its water mostly all the bloating and extra water pockets are gone now im down to losing real weight my target is to lose at least 2kg this week so hold yo fingers for me girl

Congrats on getting to 151! That is great, it is so close to getting into the 140's!!! That is a great motivation for me, if you can I can. Your doing great!!!

Butt crunches?!! Awesome! How do you do those? My butt could certainly use a little crunching...

Too bad you burnt your pork, but at least you're trying creative things. Variety is the spice of life.

I hope your school stuff is going well. Just think, it's almost over!!!
