Awe thanks slimmom. I guess I should be but it's hard because I'm still trying to break that 200 barrier. It's all most like I can't be proud until I break that mother, lol. But you're right, I should be.
I had kind of a different day yesterday. I was kind of anxious so I didn't eat like I normally do. I had my cereal for breakfast, a healthy lunch and dinner and two snacks but I didn't incorporate as many fruits and vegatables as I normally do and I think I went a bit over my calorie limit, whoops. Also, I didn't get my excersise in but I did walk around the mall for about an hour so I did get some activity. I did a little clothes shopping and the 14/16 size shirts at Lane Bryant fit me now, smallest size shirt they have, yeah! Unfortunatly none of the shirts I tried on were very flattering so I didn't get one. However, the one pair of 16 pants I tried on, while fitting me good every where else, would not let me zip them up. They were about an inch and a half too small around the waist. Last time I was there, the 18's were snug (now they practically fall off me) so I'm at least happy about that. I hate my stomach though. I hate that it makes it so I'm in between sizes. If it wasn't for it, I would fit in a 16 easily.
Anyway, here's what I had to eat yesterday.
