Thanks for all your support guys! Sorry it has been a few days. I went on vacation

Well, the smile probably isn't so good on the scale but I am going to work really hard the next few days, before I get on the scale again. I don't want to be discouraged.
M2M- Right now I am not cheering but I may tryout when I get to school next month. If not, I will be auditioning for the dance team. Right now I am just doing 1-2 hours of cardio 6 days a week, yoga/pilates 3 days a week, and a bit of weight training whenever I can get to the gym-usually 1 or 2 days a week. I am on a 1200 calorie diet, really just plan on watching what I eat and not eating after 6pm (or whenever dinner is). I'm an awful late night snacker.
Friday wasn't too bad, considering it was a travel day mostly.
Breakfast was kashi
Lunch was a 6" veggie sub on wheat with a diet dr. pepper.
Snack was a few pringles, 1 oreo, and an apple.
Dinner was wheat spaghetti with my mom's homemade sauce <3
Didn't really get a chance to exercise but I did swim laps for about 30 minutes.
Saturday
Breakfast was shredded wheat
We went scalloping in the gulf so it was a long day on the boat (which means snorkeling and lots of swimming!)
Snack was a skim milk cheese stick and a 100 calorie pack ritz chips
Lunch was well actually I don't remember and it seems I didn't write it down either. I think it was a sandwich and some pringles.
Dinner was a veggie burger with a bun and 2 slices of cheese.
Sunday
Breakfast was shredded wheat and a cheese stick.
Made Chris go hiking with me. It was a bird watching trail but there were no trees so it was much hotter than I expected. Oh well, a little sun never hurt!
Lunch was a veggie burger with the bun and 2 slices of cheese.
Snack was chips

Dinner was tacos (2 tortillas, 1 hard shell, lettuce, lowfat cheese, veggies, and salsa)
Today was shredded wheat, soy meat sandwich and some almonds so far. Oh and I had an ice cream. I'm thinking I need a light dinner and a few hours in the gym to get back on track.
