Dinner: Salad
The calories for each day range from 1200-1500.
It is hard eating from the dining hall because the food is SO good but I found that if I get take out I cut out a lot of calories. It sucks not to eat with friends but at least I don't go back for seconds or thirds for that thing I really liked. AND if I get a to-go box I can get extra pickles to keep in my fridge in my room.
Any comments?
Exercise ideas that I can manage to do during the busy days would be appreciated.
