Not really :/ Its weigh day tomorrow though so maybe ill feel better if ive lost something. Been feeling quite down though the past 2-3 days, think its coz im not used to doing this?

Maybe? If you're like me, you're a comfort eater, and eating healthy means taking away those comforts.

It's weigh day for me too tomorrow! :) Fingers crossed for both of us eh!
 
Yay! :) Well done hun!

I've just weighed myself and it brought happy news to me too. This week, I put 1lb on, then lost 3. Happy days eh!
 
Congratulations that's a really great start. Just keep it up as you have been doing and it'll keep coming off.

Cup of coffee with 2 sugars - 55 Cals

Dinner:
chicken soup - 88 Cals
2 slices of wholemeal bread - 170 Cals

Tea:
Spaghetti bolognase - 680 Cals
Vanilla muller light yoghurt - 97 Cals

Supper:
2 slices of toast (brown) - 120 Cals

Total: 1381

Also, did 1.5 hrs walking :)

2 small pork loin stakes, steamed potatoes and peas - 600 Cals

Supper:
Porridge made with semi skimmed milk and honey - roughly 300 Cals

1 slice of wholemeal bread - 90 Cals

Tea:
southern fried chicken - 260 Cals
savory rice - 440 Cals

Supper:
2 slices of toast (wholemeal) - 190 Cals

Had a pretty down day today, hense why such little calorie intake :(
