K1nS03 weight loss diary

Weigh in day this morning and I have put on 1lb :( along with an extra inch on my waist and half an inch on my hips :( Its my time of the month this week so will this have any effect on my weigh in? :s

I think it does yes. I put a pound on during that week too. It came off a couple of days later! :)
 
Um exercise at the moment I guess. I dont do enough of it, and its showed in this weeks weigh in so its gotta change :)
To lose weight "permanently" U MUST have a concern for 3 elements:

1.Sound nutrition
2. Aerobic exercise
3. Resistance exercise

If any 1 of these 3 is missing result will be limitted at best..Have 'em in the right order U become the sculptor and ur body the clay..

So not doing enough exercise is big mistake! Especially the weight training piece..

If u had complete clarity with exercise would you do more of it on a consistent basis?
