Day Fifteen:

Breakfast:
Bowl of special K with semi skimmed milk - 171 Cals

Dinner:
Chicken cup-a-soup - 99 Cals
2 slices of wholemeal bread - 180 Cals

Tea:
Pasta bake with cheese - 700 Cals

Total - 1150 Cals

Weigh in day tomorrow :)
 
So weigh in day and ive not budged. Not lost or gained anything. Im pretty gutted though coz it feels like all last week was for nothing :/ I think it might be that I need more exercise so its swimming day tomorrow, maybe that will help me loose next week
 
Ive decided to do all my measurments today, ill check to see if theres any change on Tuesdays with my normal weigh in :)

Waist - 36"
Hips - 51"
Thigh - 31"
Upper Arm - 14"

The way I look at it is that what you did last week wasn't for nothing- if you hadn't made that effort you'd probably have gained- so coming in at the same weight is positive, to some extent. I honestly can't recommend walking enough, it's free and easy and really helps to get the pounds shifting- I started off with around 3 miles a day and am doing closer to 6 now but even then it had a big effect.
 
Day Sixteen:

Breakfast:
bowl of cornflakes - 172 Cals

Dinner:
tuna mayo pasta - 220 Cals
Crusty bread roll - 140 Cals

Tea:
Salad (cherry toms, cucumber and ham) - 115 Cals
Bread roll - 140 Cals
Steamed baby potatoes - 150 Cals

Snack:
Vanilla slice - 359 Cals

Total: 1296

Swimming tomorrow, I am so nervous. Ive not swam for about 12 years now :(

I went swimming this afternoon, I dont know why I was so worried! I didnt get an awful lot of swimming done because I ended up playing with my friends little 1 year old alot of the time lol. Im going again either Friday or next Monday with my fiance to do actual swimming :D
 
Day Seventeen:

Breakfast:

15 Mins walk to the swimming baths
15 mins actual swimming

Dinner:
Bagle with butter - 270 Cals
4 Cherry toms - 20 Cals
3 cocktail sausages - 78 Cals
2 mini sausagerolls - 108 Cals

Tea:
Chicken & Mushroom flavour pasta & sauce - 226 Cals

Snack:
Homemade mini flapjack - roughly 250 Cals

Total - 1062


I noticed tonight how easy im finding this now. Eating wise anyway. I used to ALWAYS be hungry, always wanting treats and snacks and now it doesnt seem to appeal to me. I seem to never really get starving, and im finding im not eating when im bored :D Im really pleased though because im not constantly thinking about food, in my 1st week I was.
 
Day Eighteen:

Chicken thigh - 170 Cals

Tea:
Spag bol - 680 Cals
1/2 garlic bread roll - 342

Ive eaten alot more calories today than I usually do :/ oops :cuss:

Swimming again tomorrow though so ill have to burn extra calories off :D

Last time I tried healthy eating and swimming it didn't work out for me. I felt like I was conking out every 2 minutes. Plus I can only do breast stroke so I was worried I was making too big a splash lol so I quit! :p Hope it's going a bit better for you dearie.

Don't worry about falling off the bandwagon and going over your cals. We all do it sometimes dearie!

Swimming went ok, went on Wed with my friend and her little girl but only did about 15 mins of actual swimming lol, the rest of the time I played with my friends little girl :/ Im gunna be doing alot more swimming tomorrow though.

Bagel with soft cheese - 300 Cals

Total - 1455 cals

Didnt end up going swimming today, we ended up going into town for a nosy lol. Ended up going to a chinese buffet place for dinner aswel :/ but ive kinda done ok with calories with only having a small tea :D
 
Day Twenty:

mcdonalds double cheeseburger meal - 821 Cals

Tea:
Tuna sandwich - 445 Cals

Small english breakfast - 540 Cals

Tea:
Spag bol - 680 Cals

Snack:
trifle bakewell tart - 192 Cals

Total - 1522 cals
 
Weigh in day this morning and I have put on 1lb :( along with an extra inch on my waist and half an inch on my hips :( Its my time of the month this week so will this have any effect on my weigh in? :s
