Saturday- AM Cardio... 45 elliptical steady state, followed by 45 minutes heavybag!!! Great workout!
Spent most of the day at the indoor soccer facility, my oldest son had a tournament... I packed a cooler with snacks for my other two kids, and healthy ones for me..... I actually had some soccer mom comment about how "together" and organized I was.... if she only new!!!

Then, she said... "you're really looking great.... you are obviously watching what you eat and hitting the weights..."
She made me smile!!!

A very good day, my son had 8 goals and 7 assits in three games!! He's such the stud!!!
Sunday-
Played OML(hockey) in the AM, my parents took the kiddos out to breakfast... they were kinda upset, they like to watch me play!

I had 2 goals and 4 assists!! Gawd I love OML.... it's all about the offense!!!
Eating- extremely good, even hit within 6 calories of my goal!!!
A very good day as well!!
Solid weekend, bring on this week!!!!
