Damn Maureen!!! That's my new PB!!!! Respectable???? Fffffuuuuuuuccccccccckkkkkkk. I want to put up 300 soooo bad, but I know it's a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong ways away!!! :) :) Maybe by then, I'll be 185!!! Then I would call it FUCKIN' GREAT!!! :D :D :D

I'll look into it, but working out, by myself, in my home gym.... I'm content to know my PB(Approximately). If things change in time, I will definately look into that, I want to be in the PLUS 100 club!! :):)
 
Thursday

AM Cardio 45 minutes on the mill set on "fat burn", and 35 minutes on elliptical! Good workout!! 8.5 on scale... I have a hard time focusing my intensity on those aparati!!! :D

Food - NOTHING TO IT!!! I did have "turkey" tacos... very good!!

A good day, but got to sleep too late!!! I need to work on that, I know it would help out all of my efforts!!

Lowerbody workout on Friday... I am throwing in a wall sit!! :smash:
 
Friday

AM lowerbody workout! Wall sit 13m 12 seconds! Pretty good, but could have done better with a bit more sleep!! I need to work on that!! Continued, and performed rest of workout as a circuit.

Eating- Good as usual.

Blah... blah... blah... blah... blah! :D

I'm having the same issue with sleep lately.. I want to do AM workouts but if I only sleep for 4 hours I'm dragging myself outta bed just to go to school and work I can't even think of working out that early.. lol but your still doing great!!!

Thanks Karl!!! I am consistant, but I'm getting TIRED!!! I need to focus on getting some good sleep!!!

As far as the bench goes... thanks! I'm getting back to where I was prior to giving up on me for 8 years!!! :D For you, someone who was never "athletic" as you said, doubling where you started from just 4 months ago is DAMN IMPRESSIVE!!!!!! Thanks for droppin' in bud!!

Hey Amanda! SLEEP IS VERY IMPORTANT!!! Lately, I haven't been getting all that I need!! Things at work are crazy, but I just need to manage my time better and make it(sleep) a priority!! Hope you start feeling better... colds/sinus nastiness is the worst!! :) :)
 
Weekend Update

Saturday- AM Cardio... 45 elliptical steady state, followed by 45 minutes heavybag!!! Great workout! :)

Spent most of the day at the indoor soccer facility, my oldest son had a tournament... I packed a cooler with snacks for my other two kids, and healthy ones for me..... I actually had some soccer mom comment about how "together" and organized I was.... if she only new!!! :D Then, she said... "you're really looking great.... you are obviously watching what you eat and hitting the weights..."

She made me smile!!! :) :) A very good day, my son had 8 goals and 7 assits in three games!! He's such the stud!!! :D

Sunday-
Played OML(hockey) in the AM, my parents took the kiddos out to breakfast... they were kinda upset, they like to watch me play! :beating: I had 2 goals and 4 assists!! Gawd I love OML.... it's all about the offense!!!

Eating- extremely good, even hit within 6 calories of my goal!!!

A very good day as well!!

Solid weekend, bring on this week!!!!
 
...won't get home till 11pm or so...
I get up, almost every morning at 4 to 415am. I workout, I pack my healthy foods...I do things for me while I can, and still be 100% there for my kids when they are up and moving...
WOW... guess I won't complain anymore about my lack of sleep and having to get up at 5:30! :leaving:

...I wanna play hockey too....LOL!!! :D:....believe it or not...HAHAHA....( i can't even believe I'm telling you this...LOL) I used to play on a ROLLER HOCKEY team for 2 seasons...when I was about 12 of course....;) :D:...LOL.....I was one of 3 girls in the whole league....and since my girl friends did it with me....I LOVED IT!!! :drool5:...!!!

..I swear though...I think I would do it today....I know how to ice skate & I have alot of the gear, and it looks fun, and IMAGINE....ALTA ON ICE!!!

HOLY CRAP! You can do 45 minutes on the heavybag? Are you some kind of freak, or what?

You must have boxed when you were younger. That's just a brutal workout.

I could only do 45 minutes on a heavybag if I was kicking it, too.

Most guys do about 10-15 minutes and they're done.
