Well, got some decent sleep, so AM CARDIO.... great!!!
I jumproped for 49 minutes, and jumped 3,160!! DAMN happy with that!!
After JR, I hit the heavybag for 20 minutes!! Sweat Angel Central (to be simply SAC from now on :D )! KILLER!!

Eating - SUPERLATIVE!!! :D
WOOOOW....your jumps are INSANE!!! LOL!!!....I love it...!!! You must be noticing some massive change in those calves by now....!! :D:!!! CheeeeooooW!!! ;)!!! Keep up the great work! Inspiring I tell you!!! :)

Thanks Alta!!! :) I am fortunate...my calves have always been huge... probably from all the hockey, so the jumprope comes abit easier!! Maybe!! :D Glad you got your smile back!!! ;) :)

Yeah, I forgot to mention in the Tuesday post... I lost .5 Lbs.!!! I sure wish it was MORE!!! I'm a greedy bastard after all!!! :D I work VERY hard, and to see a .5 lose is just... OK. I would LOVE to have 2-3 pound weeks!!! :(

CRAP!!! I really need to focus on the pre-lent challenge... my goals in it... one was to control my mood/temper/outlook!! WTF??? So with that in mind...

IN 6 more pounds, I will be HALFWAY to my GOAL!!!! "Holy shit... alleluhia... where's the tylenol?"

With the weight training you're doing you're very likely adding muscle to your frame as well so your weight loss will look diminished but I'm willing to bet if you were measuring body fat you'd see a bigger change than the .5 lb would represent.

You'll hit that halfway goal in no time, buddy! Keep up the f'n awesome work!
 
I don't know, JZ. Are you looking at your final goal to be 185? That might be too much for you. I think you are probably more then half way now.

Good Morning JZ!!! I see you are rockin' along as usual:D Congrats on the .5 lb and I agree with the darwinfish. Have you had your BMI checked? It's a nice indicator of muscle to fat ratio. If you haven't already couldn't hurt to get that done every month or two???

Thanks Fish!! I don't know about adding much new muscle, maybe more like returning to where I once was strength wise, but for sure, I am KEEPING as much as I can!!! I'll look into having a BFA done. I'm just kinda weiry to see how BAD I actually was!!! I read in your thread about almost being back to your pre-??? days.... in like a week and a half... good shit there man!! :cheers2:

185?? not to sure... I guess as I get closer, I will know for sure. I'm 5'-10, so 185, even if built pretty well, is still pretty realistic... IMO... but I guess time will see. As for being more than halfway... maybe halfway to the next step, ya know what I mean?? I have seen some decent results in my appearence, and on the scale, but areas that are not "responding" are starting to piss me off!! I'm sure the next 40-50 pounds will make a HUGE ASS difference!!
