Don't worry about the scale, you are doing great! Well done on not buying the chocolate! I don't know if I could have resisted that temtation once I had it in my hand.

I also found myself in the store thinking about ice cream and how good it would taste this week! And it would taste good but then I would get angry I ate it lol It will be there when I don't mind treating myself!
The days of your trip are counting down so good job on reigning yourself down! Plus you and your sister are planning to have some very delicious things while you are in NY so you can also count down to that too! Fun stuff

Yup - trip is just over 2 weeks away -time is flying! You are totally right - we ll be treating ourselves to yummy things for sure!!
Nevermind the scale - definitely a fickle 'SHE'! Keep doing what you are doing and it will eventually have to move down. Plus if TOM is coming, that could def play a role.

Happy Thursday you guys!!!
Well defo happier than yesterday - it was a day full of temptation - and i resisted nearly every time.
You guys know about the choco bar already
then i went out to have a tea with a friend - i nearly got myself a cake...i was totally craving anything sweet. but eventually i only had a camomile tea.
then i went to the supermarket to get a small piece of bread for dinner and there i fell - there was small pieces of gorgerous chocolate-nutty cake on the counter cut into small pieces for people to try. I DID TRY IT - hehehehe - & proceeded check out LOL....so bites of cake - thats what i needed...
Then the excercize yesterday - oh my laziness...crazy...i ended up going to the gym - but it was soo slow...i did like 20 min on the cross country trainer & 55 mins on the bike - super slow...
I guess today i made up for it...
Excercize;
10 min walk
20 min cross country
10 min bike
50 min body sculpting class
10 min bike
60 min belly dancing class
10 min walk
Food:
Breakie: cereals + banana + almonds + skinny latte
Lunch: big bowl of pasta with grilled flaked salmon
Snack: pistacchios + 2 dates
Dinner: salad with pickled anchovies yum!

WATER + GREEN TEA
(There s a reason i havent mentioned the scale yet - she is still behaving badly)
2 more days until i m going home...my days are really becoming busy now....
