Awhh, isn't belly dancing so much fun?! I'm loving my class. It's quite a work-out once you get going properly as well! I'm getting an outfit especially for it :D 3 hours at the gym--Girl you are a MACHINE! Love your attitude xxx
 
3 hours! WOW you are working hard! I'm glad your tires were fixed and for no charge?? That is awesome!

I really love how exercise can start just making you feel great and how it seems so easy when you have been at it for a while! Makes you wonder what you ever did without it! Make sure to take it easy enough not to have to skip a whole bunch of days because you are so sore though!

You are gonna look so good for your trip though which is the best part! Just make sure you can walk and move easily lol ;) Good job you amazing girl!
 
wow crazy workout! that's awesome - puts my less than an hour to shame haha, but definitely good for you :) and your tuna/pesto pasta sounds deeelicious!

WOW! That's a LOT of time at the gym! You are just a machine! I agree that you need a rest day - don't want to injure yourself right before the big trip!

That sucks about the flat tire. I've changed a LOT of flat tires in my day (yes I know how!). A couple years ago I had a flat every week for 9 weeks in a row (my personal record) because some people were tearing down a building and hauling the mess out to the city dump and I have to drive into town on the road that leads to the city dump grounds. They dropped LOTS of nails driving back and forth, and I think my tires found every single one of them!

Hope the rest of your week continues to be great and that the soreness goes away quickly!

I think i will take it a little easy now..it s hard though - cos i just wana do more - i m impatient to get there - find it hard to stop myself.

Thanks Erin!!! heheehe well that how i started out too - i guess its just happend - bc the 2 classes i like are an hour apart - so i might as well stay in the gym and do some cardio...so that s how i ended up there for 3 hrs.
 
Me & the Scale - still not happy buddies...hehehe - i m still cross the way she behaves (can i call the scale a she??? i wonder hahaha - so unpredictible - it has to be a lady) i m still up 1 lb - with absolutely no reason for gaining fat. I excercize as crazy and my diet is spot on.
So i had a discussion with myself and i decided that
i) i m retaining water - bc ToM is coming
ii) all those muscle building classes after all paying off: i m building muscles?!

So i make myself to feel good about me!! :coolgleamA: :hurray:
I ll keep on doing what i have been doing - and looking forward to the coming week.

I m also on the munch - big time...well i feel like eating all the time - so i drink a lot of water...
today i had breakie, then i had a latte, then ihad a mango and i was craving lunch already at 10...i had to pop into the shop to get some hand cream - and i had a small bar of chocolate in my hand...i came close to purchasing it...
i put it back in the end...
damn - no i have to wait at least until noon to start cooking...

So food today:
Breakie: cereals + banana + almonds + skinny latte
Snack: a big mango
Lunch: EDIT: I ws supposed to have veggie WOK with noodles - ended up having veggie soup with noodels: 3 big bowls!!!
Snack: grapefruit + skinny latte
Dinner: Greek salad with a piece of ww bread

Excercize: 90 min cardio ( you have no idea how tempted i m to go to the body sculpting class - but i know it would be silly of me - so i ll skip it)

Don't worry about the scale, you are doing great! Well done on not buying the chocolate! I don't know if I could have resisted that temtation once I had it in my hand. :eek:

Wow awesome on putting the chocolate bar back! It will be there when you want to slow down the weight gain and want to treat yourself to something sweet :)

I also found myself in the store thinking about ice cream and how good it would taste this week! And it would taste good but then I would get angry I ate it lol It will be there when I don't mind treating myself!

The days of your trip are counting down so good job on reigning yourself down! Plus you and your sister are planning to have some very delicious things while you are in NY so you can also count down to that too! Fun stuff :)

Happy Thursday you guys!!!

Well defo happier than yesterday - it was a day full of temptation - and i resisted nearly every time.
You guys know about the choco bar already
then i went out to have a tea with a friend - i nearly got myself a cake...i was totally craving anything sweet. but eventually i only had a camomile tea.
then i went to the supermarket to get a small piece of bread for dinner and there i fell - there was small pieces of gorgerous chocolate-nutty cake on the counter cut into small pieces for people to try. I DID TRY IT - hehehehe - & proceeded check out LOL....so bites of cake - thats what i needed...:blush5:

Then the excercize yesterday - oh my laziness...crazy...i ended up going to the gym - but it was soo slow...i did like 20 min on the cross country trainer & 55 mins on the bike - super slow...

I guess today i made up for it...:hurray:
Excercize;
10 min walk
20 min cross country
10 min bike
50 min body sculpting class
10 min bike
60 min belly dancing class
10 min walk

Food:
Breakie: cereals + banana + almonds + skinny latte
Lunch: big bowl of pasta with grilled flaked salmon
Snack: pistacchios + 2 dates
Dinner: salad with pickled anchovies yum! :)
WATER + GREEN TEA

(There s a reason i havent mentioned the scale yet - she is still behaving badly)

2 more days until i m going home...my days are really becoming busy now....

I just got back from shopping (food shopping) - i sneaked into this shop next to supermarket to try some jeans on: US size 12 ---drums --- THEY FIT!!!!!!!
I couldnt believe it WOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!!! :party:
I didnt buy them - but i was soooo happy!!! i bet they will look better on me in 2 weeks - i ll buy some in NY.

Thank you for your support in my diary hun! I just read through yours and I wish I found you earlier! You are so upbeat and positive, even when you have your bad days you always end your post in such a positive way, you seem to have a really great personality!

A lot of your insecurities are like mine, stretch marks and saggy boobs lol, being single on top of it all just feels like a slap in the face doesn't it? I think you will look amazing in a bikini, it's all about attitude and confidence. I wore my first one 2 years ago and I was terrified, but I put it on and told my friend to tell me the truth about how I looked and she said I looked great and I felt great just hearing her say it and remembering how far I had come from not being able to button up the biggest pair of pants I could find in a store to a bikini. I think you will get there and you will embrace your body- flaws and all. You have been doing amazing, I'm hoping your positivity starts to rub off on me. Keep up the great work and thank you again for the support!! :grouphug:

Thanks Janvier for stopping by! :) Yep we all have insecurities...its a constant battle to get over them - and you have to tell yourself million times that YOU LOOK GORGEROUS - Because you do - & because YOU ARE WORTH IT!!! to be able to start believing it!!! OK i m busy - and rushing around like a headless chicken LOL...
Cleaning, packing, working, cooking, excercizing.... i have to perform a bit of magic to fit everything in.

The SCALE is moving - :party: - she stopped sulking i guess!!! woohoooo
BTW - SCALE day this week is Saturday bc on Sunday i have to be at the airport at stupid o'clock (3am)...plus then i ll use different scales for a few weeks...so Saturday is the closest i get this week.

Today i have super early lunch - like now (11 30am) cos i have a class at 2 30pm in the gym.

OK here comes the plan for the day:

Food:
Breakie: cereals + banana + almonds + skinny latte
Snack: strawberries + english tea with skimmed milk
Lunch: pasta with king prawns al pil pil (spicey)
Snack: grapefruit
Dinner: Salad + pickled anchovies (i got half a pack left from yesterday)

Excercize:
50 min body sculpting class
50 min cardio

Food and exercise are looking great! Also I bet all that rushing around is burning some extra calories too! Glad to read that the scale is moving along again! I knew it was going to have to I mean it wasn't like you were sitting around eating junk all day! You were doing some hard work!

I bet someone in your gym is like holy moly that girl is moving right along! I would be totally motivated by a girl if I constantly watched her getting smaller every week! Heck I wish you were closer you would be an awesome gym buddy!! You should be proud that no matter where someone is they are getting motivated by you whether they ever say anything or not :)

Keep it up you AMAZING GIRL! :hurray:
