Keep at it....if there's an off day just get back on the plan and keep going. Happens to all of us. Remember, consistency matters more than occasional slip ups!

All in all good day!!!

Check this out - it was Sunday morning and both me and my husband were up at 7am!!!! UGH
The schedule...Oh well - we had tons accomplished before 10am....amazing
Foods for today:
B: We finished the pancakes from the other day with 100% maple syrup (not HFCS) & banana for breakie with coffee
L: For lunch it was Greek pasta salad - deeelish
Then it was time to workout number 1:
E1: Walking 50 mins!
Then we got home and it was time for some snack:
S:
Then we did more exercise:
E2: Walking 40 mins
Dinner was juicing tonight:
D: Fresh vegetable juice (apple, carrot, cucumber, celery, orange, lemon, spinach)
Phew!!! A lot of yumminess today with exercise incorporated!!
