Justina: Back to square one - very excited & determined to do this right

Haha I had to look up what nutter butters were too!! They're cookies hey?

Ahhhh I'm not even letting nut butter in the house right now, such a trigger food for me. Nuts and things baked from nut flour are doing me in too!!! Must... Stay... Away... From.. The... Nuts...

Thanks for dropping by lovey, I'm so happy to hear you get to move sooner than you were expecting!!! I'll end up being here just short of 2 years (by a month n a bit) when we leave, I can't wait. It's been awful. Probably why we are moving to a holiday destination while I study hahaha!!!

Justina, you are really doing great!!! You are gonna have a killer weight loss on Friday!! Exercise machine!!

omg..Nutter Butters. You probably shouldn't buy them. Stay away...far FAR away! lol!

....and great job on the exercise! :)

Agreeing with Jen Renee here - do NOT buy Nutter Butters, you can't untaste them! For me, even worse are Oreos. I'll eat an entire package in a sitting, given the chance. And they keep formulating more and more evil combinations.

But I digress... Keep up the good work! Stay on target!

I will need to do significantly more product research before I can weigh in (no pun intended) on the nutter butter vs oreo controversy

Mystic, Mands - Thanks for your support! :)

Nuts about nuts, eh? :) You can make so many things with them! I once made brownie from almond butter.
So where are you going to study? It sounds exciting!!!

Why do I think I should listen to you ... lol :D

Haha - you can't untaste them!! So funny & true....too bad you guys are making me curious about them! I know Oreo.. I have had it before - plus they have a few similar brands in Europe too (unfortunately - lol) - they are yum!

HAHA - yeah sure - you need to do more testing/tasting right? ;)

MrVee
- Thanks for the picture :drool2:

See, I've never been a huge nutter butter fan. I'm definitely in the Oreo camp.

That's it. I have to have it. We must settle which is better!!!

STORM, LIGHTING & THUNDER...OH & 0 degrees C (32F)
& RAIN RAIN RAIN MORE RAIN...

Where is spring? Oh I want to be warm, I want sunshine! I want to wear shorts and I want to wear sandals!!
I wanna go out & I wanna have fun!!

So anyway...I think I am having a good week (according to the scale) It seems like I have lost most of the weight I gained last week. So good stuff.
I haven't exercised yet today but I am going to the gym later - very likely going to do elliptical!

Food for today:
B: Ezekiel bread & sour cherry jam + latte
S: Banana
L: Red rice salad - <3 it!!
S: Beans & fish (i know weird combo - don't ask)
D: Veggie juice ( kale, celery, ginger, cucumber, apple, carrot, orange)

OH - & I have been CHOCOLATE-free for 9 days now... I almost slipped today...I almost got a cookie with chocolate chip. Last minute my husband stopped me. I totally forgot!!! 38 more days...

Hey Justina - good work on the good-week & Happy scale ! View attachment 19989

I want spring too - miss the outside walks ( it's all snowy & icy here.. ick.)

0 degrees is warm! We are bouncing around 0 right now and loving it! Haha. Beats minus 20! But yes, I can't wait for summer! Yay, for the scale moving in the right direction!

Oh how I long for summer too!! This getting cold stories and not wanting to do anything cause my buns are getting cold is enough now. However we are at the beginning of spring so summer is creeping in.

Great job on no chocolate!!! That is freakin awesome!!! As a chocoholic I know how damn hard it is!!!

Hey Justine,
I hear you all on the Spring thing...it was nice and sunny here in Shenyang, but colder than it looked...so my run was an adventure...some dry land, some splice ice roads trying to melt, so had to wal to be safe...etc, etc...so ready for Spring, but I know it's still a couple of months away here in Northern China.
Keep up the exercise! It's working for you! As for the nutter butters and oreos's...well, I used to eat a whole row(if not the whole bag) of either...never met a cookie I didn't like! Now, I am great with fresh fruits to satisfy my sweet tooth, and I'm sure much healthier for it! It's suggest you try it!
Keep it up!
Sarah

Hey Justina, Congratulations on your chocolateness-less! :) It's one of those silly things, try not to eat something and it always seems to appear more!

I want to spend a week eating meals with you... I love the sound of a lot of the foods you talk about.
Great job this weekend, Justina!

By the way, I'm not a shoes guy, but those in your picture rock.

Hey Justina - 1hr40mins walk is great - ... burn those cals...

And cute shoes as incentive to lose weight-to get cute jeans-to go with cute-shoes... too cute !! ;)

Persimmon- don't think I've ever tried one...gotta look next time I groc.shop...

have a good one, keep up the good work -

Maaan I miss shopping (lol no shops here)!! Love the shoes, they're super hot! Haha interesting sounding breakfast... I've never liked tomato sauce (even though growing up in Aus everyone tops everything with it). Can't imagine it on toast lol.

So nutter butters are a bust hey?? Probably a good thing!!

Liking the Barcelona tomato bread. I wonder if this is what gives Leo Messi his magic powers...

Keep up the good work on the food and exercise.
