Good job getting back on track, that's always the hardest thing to do!
Great attitude, Justina! As I tell my kids in dealing with the pressures of schoolwork, it's never about perfection, it's just about doing the best that you can from one moment to the next.
Forgive yourself for your indiscretions, learn from them, then move on.
Hey, welcome back! Don't stay away when you stray. Even if you just drop in and say "I ate terribly today" still drop by and say it! A break away from here is a chance for you not to come back and you can't let that happen. You are a presence here and this site can help you and you help others. I'm happy you're back!

Glad you back on the weight loss train!!! Toooot tooooot!!![]()
Hey Justina - Happy Juicing - the stuff does make you feel so good doesn't it ?! ..just "tastes" so healthy !! ... I like apple/celery combo- it's suprising how the flavours go together.. tried blue-berries/zucchini this week- wasn't too fond of that one... what are some of your favorite combo's ?>
Have fun at the gym... & great work getting back on the road to healthy... as Quercus says...it's not the little ups/downs hills that matter... bumps is just part of the road- what count's is to keep on marching forward ! ...
cheers,
Maryann

Sucks how fast it can come back on after we have fought like hell to get it off.
Ok, so it's no secret - I had a terrible week. The worst...Ugh..
It is so easy for me to put on weight....if only i could lose it this fast!
However you have the power to do it. You've done it before you can definitely do it again!! Give it stick!!Sucks how fast it can come back on after we have fought like hell to get it off.
Hang in there friend. String 2-3 good days together and you will be back in the groove.
Ain't that the truth. This weight loss and weight gain relationship is NOT a fair one.
Hey Justina - thx for your fav. juice recipe ...it sounds good - I'll have to buy some ginger-root, and beets, rest I normally have... yummmy.
thankyou.
Remember that a lot of that 'gain' is gonna be water weight. I went from 146.4 Friday morning to 149.6 Monday morning after 2 bad/high sodium days of eating on the weekend. I 'lost' a pound and a bit each day this last week and still ended up with a 1.2 pound loss (146.4 to 145.2) at this friday's weigh in! Which is pretty much a normal loss for me so it really didn't impact my weight loss at all.
I totally know what you mean, its like I can only look at a chocolate bar and I can feel my butt expanding. Its soo easy to pick up weight but to knock it off is like chewing bricksHowever you have the power to do it. You've done it before you can definitely do it again!! Give it stick!!

Especially the kind of news you have been waiting for for over a year!!

Congrats on the move to a better spot and the loss of a pound.
"Happy" certainly is much easier to lose weight with than "depressed." The latter is sort of the reason how I wound up in this predicament in the first place. We know that we have to take care of ourselves, but sometimes we forget everything that entails, and sometimes that's making sure we want to get out of bed in the morning (or making sure to stay in if the situation calls for it).
So it's nice to hear you got some good news.
Hey Justina - so happy for you on your moving news !!
& Great work on healthy-choices with your supper out.... am proud of you !
& now U are off to the gym... totally inspiring !
( I had a rough morning myself - am totally wound-up...will post on it on my own thread shortly...) ...but wanted to let U know that reading your post really perked me up & inspired me to get right-back on track... thx for your sharing...
Great work on your pound-down & good-idea for juicing- think I'll make one this afternoon- a healthy pick-me-up after my nerve wracking morning...
cheers gal -
Maryann
