Wow great work Justina, sometimes weight loss is so hard and sometimes it seems simple.... I wonder why that is?

Outstanding work on the 7 pounds. Don't worry about the stalling or even the scale so much. Just stick with the plan and the weight will come. When you lose weight this quickly, it sometimes slows down for a few days while your body adjusts (I've got fours months of my own weight data that demonstrates this well). Just keep at it and it will start down again.

Justina you will surely succeed like this. Excellent ways to overcome temptation--focus on your goal and get support from friends. I'm so happy you found an offline friend to journey with and I will definitely implement this looking at clothes bit to overcome temptations as well.Drinking the coffee did not help much, so I ended up going to fashion websites & looking at dresses. Now there's a motivation!
One of my best friends has just started dieting & which is so cool!! She lives across the country though -so it's all about Skype- calling each other - to keep each other updated on our progress. It was great to catch up with her yesterday.
So I ended the day on a good note. Not to mention that my husband was let off work at 4pm (instead of 10) because of the snow. My exercise was cut short though. (30 mins instead of an hour) Aww well, my foods were good.

Keep up the fine work and the fresh eats. Those look good.

Hey, thanks for stopping by my diary. Haven't been able to read through your whole thread but saw that you found a diet buddy! That's great! It's so good to have someone to be accountable too.
360 calories over isn't so bad, yesterday I ate 3100 calories!! That's 600 over MAINTENANCE!! Whoops.Hate ToM though!!
Haven't tried the elliptical in a while. Even when everything else was going well, the elliptical made my quads burn something fierce. Enough to force me to stop. 60 minutes on that thing sounds like literal torture to me, so great job on the workout.![]()
