From 230 to 140. Woo!
The only other post I've ever made here was the night I decided to really change. It was about 5 months ago.
Pretty much, just existing was uncomfortable for me. I hated myself so much. I don't know why I waited so long to do this for myself.
At my worst, I was about 230 lbs. I am now down to 175. It's definitely not as much as many of you have accomplished here, but it's definitely something I'm proud of. And I'm not done yet. This is technically my in-between thread.
These first few pictures are me at around Christmas last year.
I don't have many good pictures for this purpose, because I avoided cameras back then, and I never really believed in myself enough to take the typical "Before" pictures, because I figured I wouldn't accomplish enough for "After" pictures for this site.

Now for the pictures of how I currently look....

I still plan on losing more weight. Maybe in a few months, I can post some more pictures of my progress

Well, it's a few months later, and I have made more progress. I'm down to 140 pounds. I need to start building muscle now.
Here's a few pics that I tried to make look similar to the last few.

So all together, this makes 90 pounds that I lost.
From 230, to 140.
Now time to gain a little weight in muscle and I will be happy
