Sounds like a great plan Jewels! I hope to reach close to the 150's by the end of August myself, it's going to be a lot of weight, but I'm going to do whatever I can to get there, I'm sure you will reach your goal line before me, because I'm still several pounds up on you, but I'll get there eventually and it will be nice reaching that line! 140's HERE WE COME!!! I think you've got a balanced attitude to this whole programme, which I think is more important than everything else put together. I'm sure that not many people would understand why you're concerned about deficits ("Surely that means you're losing more weight!", some would say). I was at a severe deficit yesterday, thanks to my walk, and this has affected me brainwise today, as I've felt really slow and sluggish, so I know just what you mean..
I hope the trainer has something good to say...for his/her own good..we're watching with hawkeyes..
