It's been a couple of days since i have posted. I have a really busy week so this was the first time i could get on the computer. It's really great to have the encouragment.thank you so much. Well the meeting on sunday went pretty good i thought i did good with the eating. We had subs. I had like a quarter sub with ham and cheese no mayo just must and some oil dressing. I did have a little macaroni salad and a little tiny piece of cookie cake. I think it's better to have a little of what you want than to deprive yourself.
today is tuesday and i haven't worked out since saturday. I am feeling yucky . I miss my workouts but i have had meetings and have been working crazy hours this week so i don't want to over do it. Tonight i am going to work out. My husband and i made home made enchaladas. Hopefully i can get in a couple of work outs this week. Good luck everyone.

so today is saturday. Let's just say this is the week from hell. I did loose a pound this week and i am now under 200 yeaaaaa!!! Considering the stress this week i did manage to work out a little. I think it actually helps with the stress. Next week i will be back on track with my workouts. My pants are really starting to get loose on me but i refuse to buy any new clothes yet. I still have a lot of clothes that i am just starting to fit into. On monday I am going to dress up for work. I am having a big boss visit and I am so excited that i can fit into my outfit. I have lost 12 pounds so far and i feel great . This diary and the support and ideas that i get is really helping me stay on track.

today i am off for a girls day out. My freind and i are going out to lunch , getting are nails done and then going roller skating with the little ones. It will be nice to have a day off this week . I was working today but my boss deceided to give me the day off. How nice of her. So i am taking advantage and treating myself.
I actually dressed up today. It felt so good to have my old clothes on. So i haven't excersised in like 3 days i am in need of some excersise .Tomorrow i will excersise. Can't wait.

so today i got up and i got on the scale. What did i do this week. I won't tell you the results until tomorrow because tomorrow is my weigh in but they are grrrrrrrreat!! I did a half hour of cardio this morning and i am going to do an hour tonight. I have really missed my excercising and i really enjoyed it today.Well my thighs were burning but it felt good.

I lost 5lbs this week!!! Yeaaaaaaaaaa! I think it is finally paying off. All the excercise i have been doing is paying off. For three weeks i was only loosing a pound a week and then all of the sudden bamm i lost 5. I am not sure really what i did. I did take a couple days off from working out but i am sure glad my results are what they are.

Thank you so much guys!! I wish the best for everyone. Summer is slowly creeping up on me and I am getting excited about all the summer clothes I can wear . I am going to boston for a meeting for work in a week and I am definatly going to go shopping. Today was a really good day. Lot's of energy. I am getting the people at work to join in on my excersising . They are always asking me what my new move is for the week. It feels so good to work out. Tonight I am working out from 7-8. It is a new lady so we will see how she is. She uses the step so i do have one.
