Journey, Not A Destination

No problem. Let me know if you have any questions about that kinda thing. The company I work for owns about 40 different companies so we pretty much do it all. Gyms make a fortune off of things like bags, totes, T-shirts, water bottles. I have sold to a couple of gyms and a fitness web-site. The binder idea is a good one I think. Here are a couple of our web-sites if you get curious

Ignore the prices, I'll hook you up.

There could definitely be some interest there eventually on our end. Would you mind privately messaging me an email address best to you contact you at.

It would be appreciated.

Thanks!

We need to get out damn logo done before anything customized gets made. I talked to the designer of the logo about a week ago and he said it should be done mid-April. I should have pushed him along more but I gave him an out from the get-go when I told him we're not in a rush and don't plan on opening for business until June.

Are you and Gordy still working with the tattoo artist or what?

Yea, same guy. I wasn't too sure about it but he showed us a basic sketch a few weeks back and we loved what he had going. So I'm anxious to see how it turns out. It's not what most would expect but it's what we want.

I wouldn't mind but you may have to wait a couple days. Says I am to new to send a PM.

I'm so yesterday's garbage... old shoes...

the pretty young things bat their eyes at you and... all my hard work goes out the window :)

Hahaha... Mal, like I told you before... I've seen your measurements and they're so much smaller than mine and I'm only 3 pounds heavier. You have a better body than a 23yr old!

We actually won't be hiring anyone for a long time. We need to recoup some costs before we think about hiring anyone.

I swear I have a fetish for ordering books.

I'm about to blow 300 bucks and I have some already being shipped to me.

They're expensive though. Intellectual property if worthy though, I suppose, depending on who's brain is dispensing it.

My problem is I always want to see what other coaches/trainers are doing. It's not like most industries where you have one or two optimal ways of doing things.

Each coach has his/her own perspective based on their own experiences. While I enjoy this, b/c it makes for an adventure, it's also costly as all hell if you want to stay abreast.

Plus, if you can pick up one good bit of information or generate one good idea, it's worth the book IMO, assuming you're going to apply it in some fashion.

The problem is, it seems most of the highly rated coaches are selling out nowadays. They're creating products just to make money instead of sharing great intellect.

That sucks.

Ok I am calling your bluff. I just spoke with my wife. We are tag teaming this weight thing. She was a tad depressed because she weighed herself at work today and showed a 4 pound increase in 2 days. She has been doing good on her diet and hitting the gym everyday. Mostly cardio (bike/treadmill) and doing some weight training though we don't go together so I am not sure how efficient her weight lifting is. Not that I would know much more had I actually been there. Is this kind of gain common in week 2 of a new diet/fitness plan? If so how? I assured her not to get hung up on the numbers but she still seemed discouraged.
