Journey, Not A Destination

Happy Friday Steve... ready for the weekend??

*IF* and that's a big if, you packed on slabs of muscle under your fat, sure, it would bulk you up a bit. But, the thing is A) you're a female and not hormonally dispositioned to pack on slabs of muscle even when conditions are right and B) conditions aren't right since you're dieting and building new muscle is a very intensive process, energetically speaking. If you don't have the calories to support your current fat and muscle (dieting) you certainly don't have the capacity to add new, metabolically-expensive stuff (muscle).

I think you need to come talk to the new twit that was at my class last night... ooooo she just made me so mad:cuss:

Can't wait... it's been a rough week between my diet and a pretty stressful week at work. I'll be working on the website hopefully most of the weekend.

You'll find a lot of people like that. Misinformation is rampant nowadays and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

::waits patiently::
though if you think it will be complete by July I got news for ya bucko - it's never gonna be done done but you know that..

it willb e released in June/July (if your skinny self doesn't blow off of mt washington ) but it will be ever evolving and changing and updating :)

maleficent is correct. Web-sites are a lot of work. I have tried one for fun and one for profit and both were complete disasters. Yours will be fitness oriented I am guessing?

Oh I definitely realize that.

That's what we want actually.... continually updating articles, videos, etc, etc.

Plus the forum.

I'll be happy when the construction/design part is complete, I'll tell you that.

Haha, thanks for the encouragement!

:p

Yes, this is fitness oriented. The majority of it will be free but there will be some services provided as well.

Sorry. Didn't mean to be negative. Just for me it wasn't my solution. home business on the side making/selling handmade soaps and BB products. I thought a web site would be a great idea. It turned out being more work than actually making the products.

Haha, I was just messing with you... I know you didn't mean to be negative.

I don't see this site becoming a headache. For starters, it's more than a site. Parts of the business are done via the web, others not. The parts that aren't are already successful.

Plus, we've been busting out ass, spending lots of money on it, and making nothing in return, yet we love every second of it. It's with my best friend.

In addition, I've been training/writing on the web for years in a way. I love it. So it's nothing new and it certainly isn't 'work' for me.

I think if I treat it how I've treated everything else in my life so far, it'll do fine. Optimistic I suppose but being anything but would be a sign that it wasn't meant to be IMO.

I am very excited to be a "member" or "customer" of your service... how much longer do we have to wait?

Sometime between June and July is when we hope to have the site complete 'enough' to release it to the public.

I look forward to checking it out. I don't know how big of a venture you have planned but let me know if you have any needs for custom packaging, printing, ad promo items, or cd/dvd replication. Thats my bag.

I'll keep you in mind.

As of right now we're not planning on doing any advertising beyond getting some t-shirts made... but that's namely b/c we like t-shirts, haha. My partner has a big audience from his job as one of the top trainers in the Philly area. I have a big audience in my town and an even larger audience on the web. I think we'll naturally have enough 'work' without having to advertise.

I could be wrong, but we'll see.

Thanks.

And now that I'm thinking about it, we are talking about making custom stuff for workout binders and stuff, but we haven't thought all that through yet.
