I see there is a lot of sucking going on in here!
This is Day 6 of no exercise, and my body desperately needed it! Still, my muscles feel like they are STILL recovering and my inner thighs/hips/groin are still kind of sore from the stupid leg presses that screwed them up last Monday. The creakiness and general fatigue is diminishing, but it took about 4 days for me to notice the difference. Do you think it's possible that I may need even more than 7 days off? I suppose I can only assess that Thursday morning....*musing* Oh yes, and I shall resume the PT thread, I got distracted by a bunch of Life Matters.

I mean if you're injured, than it's not neural.
If you simply have a tough time bringing yourself to work out, you feel your strength is down, etc.... then you are most likely in an overreached or overtrained state; this is the stuff that involves the CNS.

I feel I have done better with it I had a bad Friday and Sat then I straightend up some on Sunday then totally back on Monday but for
me 1 day or 1 treat can turn into weeks why is this and how can I

I did, and I am getting better. I just hoped that my hips/inner thighs/groin wouldn't be so sore by now, but it is still sore when I stretch in a sides splits position. Hmmm let me see.....when I lift my right leg into a 90 degree position, my left quads and gracilis are slightly sore. Hey, at least it isn't as bad as last Tuesday where I could barely get my leg up into a side kick! I just want the soreness to be completely gone before I start exercising.....unless you think that even if I exercised lightly it would heal anyway (??)
