Only 20lbs left to lose, Will thermogenics help?

Well Im "5'4" tall, weight 165 Started at 195lbs, body fat un-known, I know its better to go by body fat, but Im far from anyplace were they do that, so I go by weight.I wanna get to 145lbs, only 20lbs to go. I hear thermogenics help you lose the last bit of fat.My question is will this help me out if I start to take it now? I wanna be at 145lbs by june. I control my calories, drink a gallon to two gallons of water a day, and I do alot of cardio and Muay Thai, and I also weight train 3-4 times a week. Is Hot Rox a good Thermogenic?

now i have a word of advise for you, u control your calories firstly, secondly HOTROX will work, but its can make you have an over active thyroid! which instantly upon taking them makes u utterly depressed. within 40mins with me! now i stopped them when i relised it was the tablets, and only started taking them 30mins before i got in to the pool! this over came the thyrioid thing, i have just finished my hotrox course about 3days ago.
its also come to my knowledge that they have been taken off the market... for me they are all good.
i have lots of advise for you on loosing weight. in 19months i have lost in the region of 6stone maybe more now. so i seriously can help you. just message me.

Hey thanks for the info, wow I dunno if I should take them, I dont need to get depressed, but I do need some help on shedding these last pounds of fat. So you would only take them before youre work out? will that work? I know it says like take after every meal. Does it still work if you take it before every workout? Im just worried about the whole depression thing if its gonna cause that I rather just work a little harder to shed the last pounds to avoid the side effects. Do you reccommend any other thermogenic besides Hot Rox?

mate there is more thermo there is lipo to... there is four or five different functions u have to cover to get good fat burning process.

What do you mean more thermo? no I wanna stay away from lipo,I dont mind working hard for my fat loss. What 4 or 5 functions are you talking about?

plus you have things like internal organs use 70% of all calories, and 30% by mucsles ;) plus u have to eat just under ur average everyday.

if u was obese, then i would suggest more. i mean i used to be obese. but enough of me.

Well I do control calories I calculate to eat 400 cals less than average. And I have a pretty good work out Cardio, Muay Thai, and Full Body Weights. I dont consider myself Obese now I was when I started off at 195 lbs at 5'4 Im down to 165lbs.
How would I do this, Its probbly something simple but I dont really understand what you mean. How would I accomplish these steps?
1: heat fat up
2: heat body up to burn more fat
3: transporting the fat
4: getting to deep in to the fat
5: washing ur body clean

4: getting to deep in to the fat - apsrin to thin the blood a lil so it get deeper
5: washing ur body clean - drink a ton of water

u can replace these things with stronger stuff. but also exerzie but careful not to over do it. and it takes a few days for everything to start working propelry.

I would not reccommend any of it. I have had plenty of luck with some very simple things. Food, water, exercise. No ephedra, no caffeine, no aspirin, ever.
 
eph LIKE crying out loud does no one read. and you wouldnt recomemmend thats fair enough, its my experince and i am telling him. thats why ur not recommending it i am. and to read my posts u see i am not telling him to take ANY of if, just what each thing is and what you can take to effact each stage.
and hard work is best, but as with everything there are suppliments.

and no i am not joking thats the stages. like there are stages of preventing the body accepting food... WOW zenical. shock horror.. and there are more that do different things.

oh and one more thing Ephdra LIKE is not EPH....

this is my knowledge, this is my experince, i have learnt this over many learn from my doorman... like the ECA stack.

anyway i have explained it enough. i am not suggesting taking illegal drugs either!
its only things you have to be aware of. and find out that HOTROX does most of not ALL of them! :O but there are others too.
 
Natural supps that will help boost metabolism and fat burning include Green tea extract, forskolin, and tonalin CLA.
