Well Im "5'4" tall, weight 165 Started at 195lbs, body fat un-known, I know its better to go by body fat, but Im far from anyplace were they do that, so I go by weight.I wanna get to 145lbs, only 20lbs to go. I hear thermogenics help you lose the last bit of fat.My question is will this help me out if I start to take it now? I wanna be at 145lbs by june. I control my calories, drink a gallon to two gallons of water a day, and I do alot of cardio and Muay Thai, and I also weight train 3-4 times a week. Is Hot Rox a good Thermogenic?
