ok i need to thank you for being on this forum...i mean really thank you. your post at dariqueens' journal helped me so much today...about us sabotaging ourselves. i can't thank you enough.

i think you need to put that post as a separate thread so i can read nit whenever i have these urges to sabotage myself.

did i say thank you? hehe

*hugs* Lena

I don't remember the post.

But I post too much as is, so that could be why.

Really, no need to thank me for being here. I am here b/c I want to be, and being here makes me happy.....

Most of the time. :)

well i behaved myself and said thank you for being here...my first impulse was to thank you for existing in general hehehe

Nuh uh

it's the polite thing to do to thank them

so that means i can let you out o the pink fuzzy handcuffs

I'm sorry -ok i'll behave ... :(

As I said before, you will NEVER catch me in pink, fuzzy anythings....

Let alone handcuffs.

Steve, What's your opinion of the book, "New Rules of Lifting"?

Good for newbs in the gym in terms of information and program design. I am a huge fan of Alwyn Cosgrove's, who is the man behind the design of the workouts.

I actually did some of the workouts.

Personally, I like to keep things a little simpler while dieting, in the weight room. Like I always say, it really doesn't take much to send the signaling for muscle maintenance.
