Good Morning Handsome Nekkid Chest Man
I just read a few pages back and saw the close call you had - geesh!
It is odd thinking of all the online people who would be left wondering what happened to so & so!
Keep safe,
Thanks Deb.

Keep safe,
Just stopped by to say hello. I hope you have a great rest of the week!

if you have the heart, knowledge, and willpower... changing your habits is the name of the game.
So true. For the first four months, I literally dragged myself to the gym every day. Then it became a habit. Then I actually started enjoying some of it.
Steve, hope you don't mind, but I've got another question.
My wife needs to lose about 20 lbs., so I put her on a program very similar to mine, except with much lower weights, of course.
When it came to squats, she had a problem. She's always had week knees, and she didn't want to go down very far. She just had the bar on her shoulders, but about 15 degrees above parallel, she stopped.
Is that OK to keep the squats in the routine, and just go down that far? Or should we find a replacement?
a lot of the guests are seach engine spiders and such - not actual real people..![]()
Keep posting pictures - people will want to be closer to yor nekkidnessand yodaness too

Good Morning Steve!!!!!!
Thanks for your advice, I really love it!![]()
I will post more pics when there is improvement in physique. Improvements are slow coming at the moment.![]()
Her knee popped out once in college, and she's been afraid to push it ever since. She said her knee started hurting as she approached parallel.
So did you do 10 intervals at a 2:1 ratio? 2 minutes walk, 1 minute run, 10 times? Is that it?
ART - no, I haven't. I just did a quick Google on it and found a reference to a chiro doing ART with kettle balls. Is that what you mean? Can you recommend a good site to learn more about it?
Yep. That is exactly what I did.
I really appreciate the compliment. Feel free to cruise through my journal! Thanks for all the sound advice you've given throughout the forum.
Enlighten me please. What is the proper weights and routine to get rid of the back of the arm flab?
