Believe it. I am always modest. And if I am not sounding it, it more than likely means I am joking. :p
 
Good morning - have a fabulous tuesday and hope all the after effects of the weekend have left the building - except the memory of the good time you had that is :)
 
Thanks Steve, the way you explained HIIT totally makes since. I am going to give it a whirl and do 2 HIIT sessions per week, tweek my nutrition (but I am not going to give up my Thursday Chinese lunch!) and do some of the cardio that I have been doing. I really enjoy the treadmill.

I did weigh myself today, and I have been doing each day atleast an hour of cardio the past 7 out of 8 days + the weight machines for 20 - half hour... and I have gained .6 pounds. I got on the scale this morning and I was like WTF, I have been excersicing my ass off. But my body proportion seems to be changing, if that makes since.

Thanks for all your help - and I realize, I need to be eating more protein!!

Who cares about what the number on the scale says? You are the only one who knows what you weigh. Let me ask you this.

Would you rather be 125 lbs and look like shit or 150 lbs and look amazing?

The number on the scale means so little.

Let me know how HIIT works out for you. And start using free weights.
