Thanks Steve, the way you explained HIIT totally makes since. I am going to give it a whirl and do 2 HIIT sessions per week, tweek my nutrition (but I am not going to give up my Thursday Chinese lunch!) and do some of the cardio that I have been doing. I really enjoy the treadmill.
I did weigh myself today, and I have been doing each day atleast an hour of cardio the past 7 out of 8 days + the weight machines for 20 - half hour... and I have gained .6 pounds. I got on the scale this morning and I was like WTF, I have been excersicing my ass off. But my body proportion seems to be changing, if that makes since.
