Just Columbus, Ohio. But it is a huge weekend there. One of the largest fitness expos and body building shows, the Arnold Classic as well as the UFC is there.

oh awesome :) so what will you be doing there? spectating, or participating?

Spectating, I am really not into body building shows. Pretty crazy physiques that are certainly impressive. However, means very little to me since a vast majority of them are drug enhanced...... which is NOT my thing.

But there are other great things there.

Like what?
From what I have seen of body building shows, they put alot of stress on their bodies, and their diets are too great leading up to the show. I understand why they have to do that stuff, but I dont really think it's good for them healthwise.

The dieting to extreme lows in body fat is a seconary concern IMO. I mean geez, there are worst things out there. I have a lot of friends who compete naturally, and I have nothing but respect for them. By far, IMO, the most difficult sport out there.

But these big time shows, like the Arnold, consist of a lot of steroid users, which I am not OK with.

Steve - did Day 1 of the weight training you designed for me. Can't thank you enough, man. I feel like this will really do me some good. Great to get back to squats too, even though I'm starting off at pretty pitiful levels.

You should start a sideline business with online personal training -- you'd probably make a fortune!

Hey Steve! You should be competing....with that wonderful body of yours... ;)
Have a great day/evening/night (here's 9 pm).
Hugs

I am in the process of setting up a site with my partner. It is in its very early stages, but it will happen someday. And Britta, I saw your post after Tom's. Even if I have a successful site in the future, I would never change what I do here. I would always continue to give out my knowledge for free. Our website will be completely free. The only thing there will be that cost money is personalized training and dietary counseling.

Helping people reach their goals is my passion. I don't care if I am making money doing it or not. I just love to do it.

Tom, glad you enjoyed it. I am guessing you will be pretty sore in a day or two. Let me know.
