Well I anot good at explaining the exersices I have a pic of 1 and 1 of the others is holding the 5 lb dumbells to your side and slant yourself bending your arm and raise it str8 back 3 reps of 12! I am very week trying to do the 1 in the pic but I do 10 for now.Do you know any other exersices for the triceps? Have a nice day Tammy
