Hey Steve how tall are you?? If you are at 195 and goal is 210.......just wondering, my husband is 5'9" and his goal is 240, he used to liftweights and was really beefy when we first met (15 years ago, ahhh... marriage and weight gain) he could do a one armed push up 10 time with me on his back!!! (I was much lighter then as well) he now weighes around 310, he has lost 30pounds, and is working on getting healthy with me, he is still pretty muscular, underneath, and can still bench 320 do you think 240 is a good goal for him?? Or would around 210 be better? Thanks man! STAR
