Journey, Not A Destination

Yea, but I was going to post a crap load of exercise links. From the looks of it, I can't post more than 3. That would end up being far too many posts.

That's crazy, I know I've seen more links then 3 in posts before.

The Romanian Deadlift:

And the Conventional Deadlift:

How much weight should a beginning female start out with counting the bar?

Let me get back to this when I am done trying to figure out this problem. I am going to try and retype it.

Starting weights will vary. Honestly though, I recommend starting with no weight, just so you can learn the correct form. Form is VERY important.

Thanks very much guys! :)

I will continue another posting regarding exercises that I recommend as soon as I find the time. Hopefully sooner than later.

Good Morning Steve :)

Workout or rest day?

Rest day, maybe some light cardio if I am feeling up to it. Most likely not. I train Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday right now.

Oh, and good morning to you too! :)

FYI for those who are interested, I completed the post on the various exercise videos on page 11. :D

Hey Steve how tall are you?? If you are at 195 and goal is 210.......just wondering, my husband is 5'9" and his goal is 240, he used to liftweights and was really beefy when we first met (15 years ago, ahhh... marriage and weight gain) he could do a one armed push up 10 time with me on his back!!! (I was much lighter then as well:rolleyes: ) he now weighes around 310, he has lost 30pounds, and is working on getting healthy with me, he is still pretty muscular, underneath, and can still bench 320 do you think 240 is a good goal for him?? Or would around 210 be better? Thanks man! STAR:p

Truthfully, while one person may look amazing at 240 standing 5'9, another may look absolutely terrible relative to personal preference. If he had a large, muscular build before hand, chances are, as he starts shedding this fat, he will uncover a nice frame. At what weight that frame will look "ideal" is very dependent. His best bet is to keep shedding the soft stuff and see what surprises lay below. :)

Off and on...slept like crap last night and now my stomach is upset...and i can't seem to eat anything...but other than that today is a great day!
