I have a Body By Jake weight bench with all the weights and bar, and everthing that goes with it.
Thanks steve for your help, also i sent you a personal message and explained my "diet" your diary should be about your goals not mine!
It is tough to train legs properly using the big, compound lifts at home without a rack. Do you have dumbbells?
What do you think about adding some HIIT into the program?

Yes I have dumbbells and I'm ready to try what will work.
How'd your workout go Steve? Everytime I come off a little break my intensity increases my first day back.
I replied to your PM. Really, I keep a journal on another forum. It is a forum that is geared more toward body building. If I posted everything I do here, you guys would be like, "what the heck?" So I have no problem with people coming in to ask questions. That is pretty much what it has turned into, and I am OK with this. Go through the pages, you will see very little personal stuff posted about me.![]()
Do you take anything for your joints? I had a lot of trouble with my knees, and glocosamine and chondroitin really made a difference for me. I'm also noticing some benefit from MSM and fish oil, but glucosamine was a LOT better.
It's not expensive, so if you haven't tried it, you might want to at least price it out. It's not a "proven" relief, but it has a lot of anecdotal evidence describing benefits.
Hope it helps!

Good Morning Steve,
I went in to the edit feature, and I see what you mean, there are more links in the post - I hit the save button without doing any thing else, but it remained saved as you had last edited.
Could you cut, copy and paste the "invisible" portion of your text into t a new post and see if that will work?
I understand the frustration - there's no reason it shouldn't post.
Unless there's a link limit? If so, I've never heard of it or seen it reached.
Try separating the post.
