Need help putting together a weight training program

Need help putting together a weight training program. Been weight training for about a month and a half and i feel like im over working my body cause i work everything out in one day and come in the next and do all again. i know i shouldn't but i do. please give me suggestions on what muscles to work together, how long, and how to work them out properly. Any advice is much appreciated.
 
Two posts, and a whole lot of questions. There are not explicitly stated specific guidelines regarding what you should be doing what day and for how long. If you are working your chest for 3+ hours, then yeah maybe you have a problem (sarcasm, sorry...)

Develop a routine, you can either try, depending on what equipment you have or gym, a full-body routine, an upper/lower split, a weekly split working out different muscle "groups", or maybe a push/pull routine...

Not smart. You know you shouldn't be working full body every day, and you feel like you're over training....but you do it anyway. :confused:
