besides i think i've been remarkably restrained and thats tough when avatars are turned on -it was corndoggy who got you to talk about your undies - not me :)
 
How does your doc have you strengthening your back?

not my doctor hehe he just said i need to do this...i searched for some programmes and he told me this one i'm doing currently would be the best because its total body workout and i wouldn't be straining my back too much but i would work it gradually. he also told me i can do pilates or yoga.

Probably too intensive if you have a back condition. I would maybe look at hyper-extensions for now, but even them, I don't like recommending without knowing your exact case. You really need to speak with your doc about how much work you can expect to be able to do without further injury.
