Yesterday was a great, high volume lower body strength workout

Box Squats 8x3
Speed Deadlifts 10x2
Walking Lunges 4x8
Reverse Crunch
Planks
Hammers

My legs feel perfect today. The nutrition front is interesting... I'm just eating healthy foods and not real sure what my calorie intake is. I'm letting my hunger guide me. That might change depending on how my body responds but for the time being I feel good.
 
Okay, so my legs are getting more sore as the day goes on! Today is a high volume upper body strength day. I'm looking forward to tomorrow since it's an off day from training and the weather is supposed to be phenomenal. I'll most likely do some hiking.

Yesterday was a nice day off from training. I did a lot of prehab and mobility stuff which always seems to work wonders not only on how I feel physically.... but mentally too. I think it has something to do with the ease of overall tension on a few levels.

I then read until I fell asleep.

Today is a lower body high volume strength day. I'm looking forward to it... I definitely got my mojo back with regards to strength training.

So my time on this forum is becoming less and less... I'm basically a spam filter at this stage. My apologies. Once some things calm down I plan on splitting the time between my forum and this one much more equally.

It's tough growing a forum without advertising and such.

Today is an upper body strength day.

Yesterday I had a nice lower body day consisting of:

Front Squats 6x6
Rack Pulls 4x6
DB Bulgarians 4x6
Pullthroughs 3x12
Core and Arms
