Weigh-In: 207.6

I lost 3 pounds this week and feel great about it! I'm so excited to be out of the 210s - and I only have 7ish pounds to go before I hit One-derland! If I really buckle down, I might be able to make it in the next 3 weeks (mid-June) which is really exciting to me. I don't have to spend the summer in the 200s!
My wife is doing really well too, and actually beating me! She is down 40.2 pounds and looks great. We both still have a long way to go, but we are doing well, taking our time, and making it happen.
Diet was pretty good over the long weekend. I've been having some major cravings and gave into a few of them (in moderation), but the scale is still going down so I'm not worried. I've been going to the gym / working out every other day for the last 2 weeks. It puts me at 4 workouts per week which is great for my schedule. Not too much, not too little. I increased my heavy weight training and decreased my cardio which seems to be working as I've noticed some physical changes in the way my body is shaped.
I don't have any upcoming travel so I'm going to take this time away from the road to focus on my diet and exercise, hopefully the 100s are right around the corner!
