ps i've taken a multivitamin every day since I started Tuesday...
 
new goal:

Look at my fat pics every day...just to remind myself why i'm doing this

(going to have to write all these goals in once place sometime!)

I really want to weigh myself but I promised myself only once a week...Tuesdays...
 
I think my belly is actually bigger than when I was pregnant!!!!!!!
 
why do we still have little heads and faces and big bodies? Its so deceiving to those of us in denial!!
 
Ha! My face is one of the first places I gain weight. I am envious of you people whose faces belie the rest of you. :D

Hugs to you about your kids. That must be tough. Are they boys? Could be they just want to be closer to their same sex parent this stage in their lives.

Don't worry about getting too much protein. As long as your calories are ok. Those figures I tossed out were minimums, so don't worry about it.

I think your daily calories should be between 1500-1800. Also, as you can handle it, increase your exercise and the intensity of it. Your body will soon get used to 20min a day, so you have to up the ante every few weeks. The trick is to keep pushing yourself. That will increase your fitness and keep burning those calories.

my friend called and asked me to go out again tonight, I was gonna say NO, im dieting...

but I actually think its good for to go out, gives me a chance to dress up a little and see how i look/feel in public mirrors! after 4 days, it cant be much difference, but who knows right?

Maybe, ill get on the scale.......... but, it could make or break my night...darned scales, how dare they affect my moods!!??

stay off the scale....stay off the scale...Tuesday was the PLAN, stick to the PLAN Jill!!

plan for tonight: cranberry juice, just keep getting more ice.... that what my moms friend does!! I tired it last weekend, but my friend gets so many drinks... I got two ice refills, and still ended up with another cranberry then a coke!! guess she must've had 5 beers!

I'm so bloated from my period, ugh, cant wait til its over, I better drop this water weight!!
 
You should definitely go out, Jill. Life goes on and you need to learn to do your slim stuff in normal situations. You can't move into a convent and then leave a year later when all the weight has dropped off. Have fun!

Have fun going out tonight. Just drink diet coke and you'll be fine. Cranberry juice has too much sugar in it to drink a lot of it.

And don't weigh yourself in the middle of the day or at night--you'll always be up at those times--I'm up as much as 5lbs. Always weight yourself in the morning after you've been to the bathroom and before your eat or drink anything.
 
ok, im back, its 12:45am. Had a couple sips of a vodka and cranberry then left it...not worth it.. then ordered just cranberry with alot of ice.. and that was it! yay! Turned down alot of munchie food that was there for my friends birthday...SOOOOOOOOOOOOO proud of myself!! Danced my heart out, the band was AMAZING!!!!

came home and had my snack of yogurt and blueberries

sodium 2384! yay! under 2500 for the first time this week!!

I did get on the scale.. still 211.8, not too bad since it was 7pm and I had eaten my dinner!

my friend took my photos for me tonight, she did the front, side and rear view, going to try to put them onto one side by side page... i've heard you can do it with paint but, I failed at my attempt...:banghead: HELP!
