
DIdn't work out last night(well, I did jump on a trampoline with my friends four year old for bout half hour- kicked my ass, so thtas gotta mean something, rigth??? ).... got a bit schnockered instead... lol. It was fun, I think I needed a little break, but back to the crack down

one night to just hang out is fun, but I will admit that I felt a little guilty after I got home lol.

Exercise:
35minutes, 1.8miles, 474 cals on Elliptical
110 crunches on 50lbs...tried to do it on 70, holy hunnies! it was tuff, can't do that much yet

Rotary shoulder- 3sets of 10 at 30lbs
Chest press- 3sets of 15 at 45lbs
Dips- 3sets of 15 at 105lbs
Was an ok workout, coulda been better. Its my own fault really, since I drank last night I couldn't sleep, so I finally fell asleep at about 4:30am, and hadta work at 9am..ew. so tonight after I got off at the pool hall, I had some veggies, watched a little Conan, and woke up an hour later in my chair, lol... so I'm gonna hit the hay, and I REALLLLLY will check everyone tomorrow
