yay! congrats jess!! i know how the plateau-ing thing is. when I saw I lost 2 pounds after plateau-ing for... I ALMOST cried!! So... YAY FOR YOU!!

THanks for checkin on me everyone :) the weekend was a long one, whats new :rolleyes: but I'm back :D
I'm just gonna make this quick cuz I haven't slept yet and its after 5 am, lol... so today I had 1420 cals, but for a while there it wasn't lookin good, by 11pm I had only had 600 again- Its just SUndays!! I work till 7am, and then don't wake up till 3 or 4 pm, so it throws the food off schedule.. oh well, I made it up :)

Workout:
25minutes on elliptical, 1.52 miles and 357cals
130 crunches on 50lbs
back extension: 1set of 20 on 90lbs, 2 sets of 20 on 110 lbs
rotary shoulder: 3sets of 10 on 30lbs( still kinda weak on these go figure...)
rotary upper back: 3sets of 15 on 30lbs
chest press: 3 sets of 15 on 45lbs
and then did the bike for 20 minutes, 7.25 miles, 160cals.

:eek: DIdn't work out last night(well, I did jump on a trampoline with my friends four year old for bout half hour- kicked my ass, so thtas gotta mean something, rigth??? ).... got a bit schnockered instead... lol. It was fun, I think I needed a little break, but back to the crack down :D one night to just hang out is fun, but I will admit that I felt a little guilty after I got home lol.
Soooo today:
1400cals
Exercise:
35minutes, 1.8miles, 474 cals on Elliptical
110 crunches on 50lbs...tried to do it on 70, holy hunnies! it was tuff, can't do that much yet :rolleyes:
Rotary shoulder- 3sets of 10 at 30lbs
Chest press- 3sets of 15 at 45lbs
Dips- 3sets of 15 at 105lbs

Was an ok workout, coulda been better. Its my own fault really, since I drank last night I couldn't sleep, so I finally fell asleep at about 4:30am, and hadta work at 9am..ew. so tonight after I got off at the pool hall, I had some veggies, watched a little Conan, and woke up an hour later in my chair, lol... so I'm gonna hit the hay, and I REALLLLLY will check everyone tomorrow :D
 
Sooo today I had a damn beef teriyaki bowl... just sounded yummy... hm. anyways... the rest of the day was pretty good, and thta makes me happy :D

Exercise:
2.68miles 691cals 45 minutes on the elliptical
rotary upper back: 3sets of 10 on 50lbs
seated rows: 3sets of 10 on 60lbs

Didn't do to many weights tonight, no bigdeal cuz I did a bunch last night, but I started talking to this guy that I know, and realized about twenty minutes later than I was way cooled down... so I just decided to quit for the night:rolleyes: I read an article that said to mix it up now and then on the weights- I've been doing 3sets of 15 on a weight that is manageable, but the article said to go ahead and do a higher weight, just do less reps, or to the point of fatiguing the muscle... did a bit of that tonight, but will do lots more tomorrow... need to get the leg exercises in, but my legs are all friggin muscle! In fact, I'm worried than when I'm finally skinny I'll have huge muscley legs, and I DON"T want that, lol... I want hot legs :D

Don't worry about too much muscle. As a woman, you'll always have some skin fat to cover them and make your legs look nice and toned. Some muscle showing is good, because it makes you look strong and healthy. Just my 2 cents. You're doing awesome with workouts!

I should definitely spend more time in our trampoline with my daughers! Keep up the good work and go for the muscles in your legs!!!
 
WOW you just ROCK!!!! Look at the workouts you do!! You got in 45 minutes on the eliptical and burned 691 cals!!!! :eek: UNBELIEVABLE!!! If I try to go faster on the eliptical, my heartrate goes up too high, and I start burning muscle. :( Keep it up!!!!:D
 
You are such a great example, you are doing so well with the exercise, makes me determined to keep up my twice a day workouts!;)
 
Hey everyone!so today I went to the OG AGAIN!! had two bowls of zuppa toscana, I don't know what the cals are in that..hmm.
Sooo, more bad news, I went out with my friend Katie, had two red beers, so that was like 240 cals... oops... then I did my healthy shopping lol.. then I went to the gym, but I wasn't as motivated as I shoulda been..
I only did 30 minutes on the eliptical...burned 427cals, went 1.68miles... hadta quit, it was just kickin my butt... I am defintaely gonna try to do some cardio while Im working tomrrow and Saturday, burn some extra cals...

anyways, off to sleep, its my long weekend again, so I'll see ya all later!!
 
You deserve every minute of free time to eat what you want and drink what you want. So enjoy and don't feel bad. You do soooooo good with your exercises. Have a great day and drink your WATER
 
Hello! How's the trampoline treating ya?

A couple of beers isn't that bad. You've probably already burned that off. Gotta stay away from OG though, that place is too addictive!! I'm so glad there isn't one here. I cant way no to the salad and breadsticks. Shrimp Alfredo has me wipped. lol
