Made it to the gym tonight, woohoo!!! Only did cardio, shoulda done weights, but I was sooo exhausted today that the fact that I even made it to the gym was amazing :)
Elliptical: 30minutes 1.85miles 395calories
Food: Overall, ok. The rest of this weekend was actually really good, but today I went to a friends house, her mom made a little tiny mini Thanksgiving :rolleyes: so I had turkey, potatoes, stuffing, and sweet potatoes :( The rest of the day I had a 100cal snack bag, and a ham and swiss wrap. Like I say, coulda been better, but at least it wasn't freakishly aweful :)
Tomorrows goals: drink more water, cuz today eh, not so great. Eat VERY well considering its my day off, and most definately do weights!!!

Alrighty all, I'm gonna go look up healthy recipes... does anyone know of good , good for you, easy(cuz I can't cook :rolleyes: ) recipes?? If so, let me know, cuz that would be fantastic :D Night!~
 
Had lots more water than I did yesterday :) also, food was pretty good. Mondays are my day off, so every Monday my friends and I go out and do something, this week it was a movie at the $1 theatre... Black Dahlia. Eh. It was ok, coulda been better. Afterwards we went to 4Bs, where I USUALLY get a giant plate of chicken strips, but I got broiled chicken with veggies instead :D and then after that, I had a brownie with ice cream :( lol... thats not AWEFUL I guess, but after I ate it I was like, its done now... not like I can take it back hahaha.
Went to the gym after that, still didn't do weights... seriously need to go see a dr. I think, cuz I have that fluish feeling AGAIN!! Crappy! Did: 35minutes, 2.07 miles, and 445calories. I think that had to have burned off the damn brownie, lol.

Other good news: I am going to be down to 2 jobs in two weeks :D !! GNC made me assistant manager(doesn't sound that exciting, but man, I'm freakishly excited over benefits, more money, more commission, etc :D ) and I am quitting the pool hall... It made me a little sad to put in my notice, cuz I've worked there almost three years, but three years ago, it was a cool job for someone my age.. Now I'm 24, and ya know, theres just times when you wanna hang out with friends at night, go see a movie, have dinner before everything closes, INSTEAD of working until midnight! So I told them I would like to be a fill-in still, but no more late nights at work for me! Huuuugggggeeee relief...

A night off with friends (a blessing) and you ordered so well! Okay, so there was the ice cream, but look what you didn't eat! It could've been so much worse. Pat yourself on the back and walk it off tomorrow.
 
Thanks Scrappy~ and its also nice to see ya!! I was kinda wondering how many of the "old" members were still going strong :D

So todays food was good- but just a tad bit over 1700.... I didn't account for my after workout protein snack, oops :( Other than that, tho, it was good :)
Workout: 35 minutes, 1.96miles, and 480calories on the elliptical... Still didn't do weights.. man!! that sucks!! But at least I'm getting back into a routine...

Tina: So everytime I get depressed and think about that jackass, I get angry, and then like you said, get angry- workout... So I try to squeeze in little mini things throughout the day. He's not going to get the best of me twice, and I'm only going to better myself because of it...

Heres hoping that tomorrow brings weights!
 
Working out is the best kind of anger management!! Taking a long walk in the fresh air works too!!

Sorry I havn't gotten to your diary, I was wondering last night why you havn't posted in a while, then I realized today that somehow I'd been missing it....I"M SORRY!!

Anyways, Glad your getting back into a routine! Lets do it girl, lets kick some butt!!! You with me !?!?

Hey all... Food was pretty much fantastic today :) Workout, well, it was a short one, only 20minutes of cardio, about 280calories, gotta work allllll day tomorrow... soooo.. since tomorrow is my long night(gotta stay up till 5am cuz I work from 3pm to 7am on Friday night) I'm going to do some major weights :D Gotta... my arm flab is reallllly disgusting :( lol...
