So yesterday wasn't so great... I only ate some 650 calories or so. I woke up at 3pm(I worked till 7am) got ready for work, went and got a veggie delite from Subway, had a hersheys bar( was craving chocolate

) at work, and then when I got off of work I had every intention of eating something, but one of my moms birds died(we have three), and I dunno, as lame as it sounds, the birds drive me crazy, they NEVER shut up, lol, but she was still my moms, and some strange psychological thing in my head makes me feel like, ya know, thats one more thing of my mom that I won't have... So yeah, I cried for a bit, felt like a baby, but what can ya do?? SO anyways, that killed my appetite. I decided I just needed to work out and get some stress out, and within 3 minutes I started to feel really sick, like muscle aches, hot and sweaty, like I had the flu... I still did my 45minutes and 2.74miles for 631 calories. After that tho, man oh man, I came home and doubled up my blankets and passed out, and woke up a few hours later dizzy as all hell, and sweating to death, bleh. Felt lots better after I had lunch today at *gulp* Olive Garden.. had two bowls of Zuppa soup, two breadsticks, a plate of salad and a piece of chocolate lasagna... soooo thats about a bazillion cals, but it made up for yesterday to, lol...
