Today was pretty awesome-
2 pieces turkey bacon 70

chicken and wild rice soup 180
and I had sweet and sour chicken with a bit of rice, therefor I believe that I'm probably right at 1200.
80oz water.

At the gym- 45 minutes on eliptical, 500 cals, 2.73 miles, and about 20 minutes of lower body weights.

I was so tired todayafter work at the mall that I missed my class! I felt real bad, but I can just bring the laptop to the gym tomrrow night and catch up quick like.... alrighty- this is the beginning of my long coupla days, so I'll probably talk to yall on Sunday :D

Yeah, so I was feeling a bit guilty this week, couldn't make myself get on here and tell you all what I did, but I'm gonna fess up- on Sunday, my friend Dominica had her sons' bday party at Chuck E Cheese... I knew I was going to eat one piece. Thats it.... Yeah. Had five. And THEN had two pieces of ice cream cake, oi vei.... but it got a bit better.... Today was good-

started of as a lazy ass tonight- got off work at 11pm, sat on my but at home till 12:15am, then got to the gym and sat at the counter talking to some people I work with till 1:15am!!! Didn't wanna work out at all, but finally I made myself change clothes and said to myself, well, I'll atleast do 20 minutes of cardio....and I was watching a good show so I kept going and ended up doin 41minutes, 2.6miles, and 520cals on the eliptical, then went and did about 20 minutes of arms. So, that was a fairly good ending to a really good week...hope next weeks better- more cardio at higher level, more water, cuz its been slackin a bit, and NO MORE CRAVINGS!!! How rediculous are cravings?! They make me nuts...grr...
anyways, I'm off- work at GNC from 2p to 10p, and then 24Hour from 11p to 7a....wow...I haven't had a day off since Christmas...going a bit crazy I think :p
 
Girl I give you credit doing that long the eliptical I'm about to die after 25 minutes. One day I'll be able to go for as long as you :) Hope you get a day off work soon :)
 
Wow.. I am impressed to with your eliptical work outs too! I don't last very on it myself, btu I am working on it! And it seems you burn a lot more calories using that then anythin gelse.. at least as far as I've seen. Keep up the great work.. good for you doing the car dio even though you didn't want to!! :) I can relate!
 
You are one busy girl! Two jobs and all that exercise. You are amazing! Sounds like you are doing great. I hate those darn cravings too. I havent really found a good way of dealing with them yet. I try to ignore them, but that doesnt seem to be working so well. Let me know if you have any ideas.

LMAO! You're too funny Jess. I have had those moments too. I would have had a hard time passing up pizza from Chuck E cheese. Plus they are paper thin so they go down real easy. haha

Hey everyone... hope your week is going wonderful :)
I was gonna start working out on Sundays this week- but I worked at the pool hall till 11p, did my healthy grocery shopping til about 1, and by the time I was done, I was pooped and hadta work the next morning at GNC...so... no workout this Sunday... Def. next Sunday tho- Monday is gonna be my day off!!! WOw... a day off...:rolleyes:
Monday:
2 packs of Special K bites 180 (these are awesome, just so everyone knows)
strawberry yogurt 40
wheat thins 140
canadian bacon 40 (made cute little sandwiches with the w.thins and these, yummy:) )
violet crumble 170
chicken sandwich with 2 pcs bacon and a salad

Workout: 2 miles, 400 calories, 31 minutes on eliptical, half hour weights
Water: 67 oz

Today:
Special K bites 90

Was actually under my cals today...
Workout: 1.6 miles, 340 cals, 25 minutes eliptical- my battery died on my mp3 player!!! I couldn't keep going without tv... :( and half hour weights.
Water: 84 oz

Ok- so I weighed myself yesterday, and then today(just to make sure lol :eek: ) and I'm at 258!! Thats 17lbs down so far... I'm soooo flippin excited, theres no amount of fast food or chocolate that could make me want to quit at this point!! I'm losing at a great rate, and I'm sure it will slow down soon, so I'm just gonna keep pushing and workin towards my goal:)
 
Congratulations Jess on your new weigh-in! That is so awesome!! :) I am so impressed how you crack it out on the ellipitical. I really am going to try and get on it tomorrow morning. I could NOT bring myself to do it this morning. So tomorrow I'll think of you and.. if Jess can do it..well by golly I sure can try too!

Keep up the great work.. don't forget to give yourself a day off :D Your body has to recover at some point !
 
So this week is gonna be bad- no workouts(tho I might try to sneak one or two in in the middle of the week) cuz some friends from Minnesota are gonna be here, and also, eek, I plan on having a few drinks :) next week tho, I'm gonna try to put in at least an extra 15mins of cardio a night to make up for it... we'll see... anyways, sorry this is short- in order to get two days off later in the week I'm working massive hours till wednesday...grrrr. I'm looking forward to a few drinks, lol!!!
 
Holy hunnies, had a pretty good week- didn't go toooo bad on my food, but definately had a few to many drinks:eek: but I woke up one morning with a bit of a tickle in my throat, no big deal, and then the next day it was a full fledged cold!! Can't breathe, can't taste, and my nose is soooo raw from too many tissue that I wanna cry :( so yeah, since I can't breathe to well I won't be workin out for a few days, so hope it gets better soon...

Will update later on my definately better food :)
 
oh im so sorry you dont feel well! you get better real REAL soon! Colds suck. and very glad to hear that you are doin good on the food.

Good (or at least ok) news!! I'm feelin a titch better :) I bought some of that tylenol cold and flu blue syrup stuff- holy friggin hunnies- I took two tbps and seriously slept for about 10 hours straight- didn't hardly move. Of course, the bad thing is, when you can't breathe through your nose you breathe through your mouth...I woke up and had pretty much drooled all up and down my arm :eek: bleh.
Hope to be fully recovered by next week- need to get back into my workouts, and today my food started off great- and then I got home and pigged out...don't know why really, my stomach just kept tellin me I was hungry, which I KNOW better than to listen to. Tomorrow will be better :rolleyes:
So did everyone have a good vday??(Haven't been on in a while :) ) Mine was the same as every other- workin. woohoo. My friend Natalie gave me cookies, lol, baaaad thing to do. Damn milano cookies. And I got asked out by an 18 year old... Real cute, but uh, I'm almost 24...I havea sister older than that, and a sister a year younger than that. Just seems to weird to me. :p God I hope I get some better offers soon, lol.
 
Hey Jess! :) Glad you are feeling a bit better girl! lol..getting asked out by an 18 yr old.. you should be so flattered!! Men are usually chasin younger women..ok maybe not at 18 they are getting the older ladies..but obviously you're lookin good cause he came askin :) So I am sure you'll be getting plenty of offers soon enough! :)
