Today was pretty awesome-
2 pieces turkey bacon 70
peach oatmeal 130
graham snacks 100
chicken and wild rice soup 180
and I had sweet and sour chicken with a bit of rice, therefor I believe that I'm probably right at 1200.
80oz water.
At the gym- 45 minutes on eliptical, 500 cals, 2.73 miles, and about 20 minutes of lower body weights.
I was so tired todayafter work at the mall that I missed my class! I felt real bad, but I can just bring the laptop to the gym tomrrow night and catch up quick like.... alrighty- this is the beginning of my long coupla days, so I'll probably talk to yall on Sunday
