Ok, so I had a freakishly looonnnggg weekend, worked 43 hours in 3 days, got CPR recertified, and had about ohhh, 8 total hours of sleep yesterday and today. So, I'm only gonna write my food for the last coupla days, and I'll be on tomorrow to say hi to everyone

Sooooo- I got off work this morning at 7am, and went to JBs with a friend for breakfast- they had a breakfast bar, and it started out pretty good, fruits, a few pieces bacon, some eggs, and then I ended up getting moooore bacon, a carmel roll, etc.

I do have a question that hopefully someone might be able to help with- On days when I stay up for a very long time- say, Fridays, I usually work from 3:30 p to 9:30 p and then go to 24 hour fitness till 7 am, is it ok to go over my cals a bit?? In the healthy veggie sense of it I mean, just for the extra energy?? Lemme know
