and ok, went to a friends house, ate massive amounts of veggies (and ranch, yes :) )
and had 3 alcoholic beverages :D I don't do that very often tho....
only had 32 oz water today :(

May have found a new workout buddy, which makes me happy :) I love Katie, my current w/o buddy, but I feel like shes draggin me down a little, shes not very excited about doing anything, cancels alot, so ya know that sucks!!

Today was a day, lemme tellya. Wasn't bad, but I've volunteered to work at the pool hall every Monday from 5:30 to 9 pm, not a big deal, three and half hours. But last night(Sunday) I had a regular sass me(which realllly pisses me off), and he walked into Breakers tonight like there was nothing wrong!! So I told him if he ever acted that way towards me again, I was gonna 86 him. Of course, then his little girlfriend started rolling her eyes...psh... So we'll see.grr. just so irritating.
Anyways- Food:
Cheeseburger
potato wedges
1/3 piece of apple pie - split with two other people :)
2 oatmeal raisin cookies 330
tomato soup
grilled cheese sandwich
giant vanilla almond italian cream soda
84 oz water.
Water was back up today, which is good, but I had a fat day, which is bad :(
I know I shouldn't have had half the stuff that I did, but I couldn't help it!!! At least the only bad drink I had was the cream soda, and stuck to my guns on the watta.


Exercise:
eliptical 15 minutes
100 crunches (ouch :eek: )
hip adductors, hip abductors, and some weight machines to help with my (as Sez says) "bingo wings" :)

its just one day with the food you can get back on the wagon tomorrow. Your exercize was still ok so the day wasn't all bad.

Thanks everyone :) So yeah, current workout buddy AND new buddy both cancelled on me tonight... what a buncha crap!!! GRRRR. I went all by myself tho, said, who cares, you guys wanna be fat, thats up to you, lol...
Todays food: (MUCH better than yesterday, but at the end, with gardettos and m&ms, I forgot to bring lunch to work at the pool hall, and whoops, temptation nagged, but I was really hungry, so the fact that that was all I ate there is awesome :) )

Decided its actually probably easier to go by myself anyways, so if the buddies don't show some improvement, it won't be a big loss :rolleyes:
 
You did great yesterday! Way to get in that exercise. How was that salad at taco bell, I eyeball it when I go in there, but haven't tried it.
 
MissJB- the salad was yummy, but I think next time I won't eat the shell, thats probably what caused about 350 of the cals...

Ok, so I had a freakishly looonnnggg weekend, worked 43 hours in 3 days, got CPR recertified, and had about ohhh, 8 total hours of sleep yesterday and today. So, I'm only gonna write my food for the last coupla days, and I'll be on tomorrow to say hi to everyone :)

Sooooo- I got off work this morning at 7am, and went to JBs with a friend for breakfast- they had a breakfast bar, and it started out pretty good, fruits, a few pieces bacon, some eggs, and then I ended up getting moooore bacon, a carmel roll, etc.
some weird amaretto flat cookie thing ( :) ) 130

and also had like 6 tortilla chips.

I do have a question that hopefully someone might be able to help with- On days when I stay up for a very long time- say, Fridays, I usually work from 3:30 p to 9:30 p and then go to 24 hour fitness till 7 am, is it ok to go over my cals a bit?? In the healthy veggie sense of it I mean, just for the extra energy?? Lemme know :)
 
I would think you need more calories since you are physically awake and need the energy to stay alert and focused. I don't know how you do it, that is really rough girl.

Since you are up all night, do you just not eat? I'd try to fit in some healthy snacks so you don't get too burnt out. Hope you get a good nights sleep tonight.
 
AAaaahhhrrrggghh. Mondays are NOT good days, not at all, no sir. Mondays are my only day off- even tho I haven't had one since Christmas, I only have to work 3.5 hrs for a few more weeks on Mondays- and I go to lunch with some friends every Monday. Bad.
Went to Olive Garden, had zuppa soup, and half an order of fett. alfredo with wheat noodles(gave the other half to a friend so that there wouldn't be any temptation at my house :) )

and some apple chips about 110 cals. So, even tho I DID go over my cals( about 400 extra!!!!!!!! yikes), I have to say that I am very proud of myself for saying NO to dessert, and didn't eat all of the rather unhealthy stuff that I did go for..

On the upside- my grandma sent me a few really cute shirts at Christmas, and I've never worn them cuz they were a little bit tight, but didn't have any clean clothes today, so I wore one of em,and its actually a little baggy :) I was flying all day... Holy hunnies, I can't wait till I'm skinny lol
Thanks by the way, MissJB, I wasn't sure that it would hurt to bad to eat a few extra cals on long nights. No- I definately ate, but it was hard cuz I would stretch my 1200 out throughtout the whole time I was awake except for 3 hours to bedtime, but then I felt like I was starving!! So then I wanted to eat more and more, lol.
 
Putting on clothing that didn't used to fit is a definite high! Great motivator too! You sound like you're really positive right now... keep up the good work, you're doing great! :D

Mmm, you food sounded good. Olive garden has wheat noodles? Yum! I'm so hungry right now after reading that. lol Way to skip desert. All those little things add up! Keep up the great work.
 
Hey! So sorry I haven't stopped by your diary before. I've been kind of out of it the past few weeks.

You are doing great! I cannot believe you have such motivation when you have 3 jobs to deal with. It is great that you are making your health and weight loss a priority even though you are such a busy person.

Yesterday wasn't so bad on food, and today I didn't really eat teriffic, so I'm not even gonna write my foods, and honestly, it wasn't completely AWEFUL, I just munched on everything in site, and only had 48 oz water today...sad...
However- yesterday I did 50 minutes on the eliptical for a total of 580 cals and then did about 45 minutes of various weight machines, and today I cleaned my house vigorously for about two hours, and then tonight at the gym I did 40 minutes on the eliptical, and about 20 minutes of weights. I could seriously see working out becoming an addiction... for some reason I'm always realllly excited to get to the gym, which I think may be just a guy that I work with, but hey, motivation is motivation, is it not??:D lol... but then I hate quitting...I could stay even longer. Except I hafta work mornings, and that would be bad to get to the gym at midnight and work out till 3 or 4, 2 I can do :) Anyways, off to sleep, tommorrows food will be better, and honestly, I know I can get over this bump in the road because I've been doing this since mid December, and thats the longest I've ever gone before... Good things will happen :) (Jesus, I feel like Stewart Smalley!!)
