Thanks so much for sending me those links, I remember buying a book (C - King) back in the day that listed the cals in every food in Australia. I had forgotten all about it! I'm going to suss both out tonight when the kids are in bed (my sanity hours). I thought I was pretty low on protein... I just find eggs so gross and have only just started eating meat again after a LONG time being veggo. I don't mean to sound rediculous and fussy but seafood's a no go too, I just can't handle the smell of it. Bizarre as it is, my first job was working in a Fisherman's Co-Op for 2 years! It was dreadful, and I even got kicked out of a taxi once after work because I stank so bad

I'm hoping to find some alternatives tonight now

I'm really loving the low fat cottage cheese, but will definitely invest in some more soy milk this week.
