Guess that's a legit excuse for not using the treadmill...
Sorry to hear about cousin. I hope you get some good news and she recovers quickly. My dad had a stroke back in 1999 and a few others since and other health issues. You'd think that along with family members with diabetes would get me moving. Then again it's the same with my iron, I should be taking iron pills daily (one of the reasons I'm often low energy) but I don't, even with my fear of needles and knowing that one of my aunt's has to take needs for iron. I really need to get my act together and get healthy, I don't want those issues!

So, I always end up stopping. I've come to the conclusion this week that I need to stop focusing on the number, and just do the things that I know are good for me, and quit looking at the scale so much.
