Hey how is the potty training going??? I remember how it was with my daughter luckily she was into sticker and she got one everytime she went on the potty to pee so that helped a lot!! As far as the speech goes have you tried sign language until he can speak clearly he can still communicate with you and basic signs are so easy to learn especially for kids since they are mostly visual at that age. Both my kids have been signing since they where about 9 mo and its saves quite a few headach less tantrum cause they can tell you what they want in a way u understand! It's just a tought!!

Soooooo...today is another hot day....the house is like a sauna....I'm thinking about going out and sitting under the sprinkler in the front yard.. Seriously I might....I've done it before..lol!

I'm going to set up my fan pointing directly at the treadmill when I get on there today...lol! Hopefully that will make it tolerable. Diet wise...it's been so hot, that the only foods that sounds good are cold foods....and it's too hot to turn the oven on anyways..so that works.....AND I hate cooking so it's that's really good!! So...I guess there IS something good to come out of all this heat..hahaha!

Salads are great for this type of weather no cooking required and low calories unless you drown it in dressing!!!! Good job on getting the workout done even in this weather, make sure you stay hydrated lol I suggest drinking while you are under the sprinklers, it there was one at work I would be spending the day under it lol!!!! Probablu not good for the pc or the phone they are not mine !!!!! Thanks for stopping by my journal!!!!
 
Salads are great in summer :) Hot weather sounds nice at the moment actually!

Thanks girls for the comments. :) Potty training is going so-so..lol! He's making a little progress..but not much. I hadn't thought of the signing, but that's a really good idea...we did a little bit of it when he younger. I think a big part of the problem is he's just plain stubborn, like his mama..hahaha. Oh well..he'll get it eventually. And yes salads are perfect hot weather food. And oh my gosh is hot! I haven't weighed myself, but I'm positive I've sweat at least 5lbs off. Ok..maybe not THAT much...but good grief........Is it winter yet? hahaha!

I woke up this morning in a funky mood. I don't really wanna go into details here, but it's not good. Let's just say, I'm not a very patient person...and waiting sucks! It sucks a LOT. Especially when you're waiting for something that you want really, really bad. It's like waiting for Christmas morning when you're a kid. Christmas Eve seems like it takes foreeeever. I was even one of those kids that snuck and found out what all her presents were ahead of time....HAHAHA. Well same goes for the thing I'm waiting for now....I've known what it is for a loooong time.....I've seen it.....and I want it! It's the shiniest, coolest toy ever, and it's just sitting there waiting for me....hahaha...SIIIIIIIIIIIGH ..it's so aggravating. It's worth the wait though....it is. It's just frustrating as hell. Which makes me want to get a huge ass bowl of ice cream and maybe some cheesecake...mmm..cheesecake:drool5:......BUT I won't. Siiiiigh....ice cream won't help.....cheesecake might..but ice cream definitely won't..hahhaa..NO..no it won't help either... hahaha! No....I won't get anything...I'll be fine.


I hope everyone is having a better day than I am...hahaha.
 
Ok, so this morning started out really good.....I figured out how to do something that I've been trying to do for days...so that was good...REALLY good...lol. But then a police officer showed up at my door.....SIIIIIIIIIGH......there went my day...hahhaha! Don't get too excited...I didn't do anything bad...there's no juicy story..hahahha. They were looking for my mom...NO..she didn't do anything bad either..hahaha. Well except rent her house out to some stupid ASS people..hahaha. Basically her renters left and left a huge ass mess to clean up. Guess who gets to clean it up?????? That's right!! You got it! MEEE!!!! :cuss:

I was planning on having to clean up some mess after they left....normal mess...but not what I'm gonna have to clean up now. It has to be done ...obviously...it's a trashed mess...but my mom and I and the kids are going to be moving back in there in a few months most likely...so it's got to get done. Oh I should probably mention my mom lives with me...she's pretty much disabled(she needs two knee replacements) and couldn't take care of her house by herself, so she moved in with us, so it would be easier on her. Which is fine...we have our moments...HAHAHA...a LOT of them..hahaha...but for the most part it's ok.

This morning though I felt like screaming "I TOLD YOU SO!!!" in her face....I didn't:Angel_anim:...but I soooo wanted to. I told her not to rent to those people....did she listen to me? NOOOOO!!! and now look where we are!! SIIIIGH. GRRRRR.... It'll be fine though.....right? yeah it will....it has to be...siiiiigh.


In brighter news though....it's a lot cooler today! :hurray: I'm so happy...I'm sitting here and NOT sweating..hahaha...Oh it's sooo nice. Gonna do the treadmill in a little bit and get that done....and then probably go the store and then come home and do some cleaning...and I have some actual work that needs to be done by tomorrow too...so I probably should get busy. Yesterday was a long ass boring day....oh and it was HOT...soooo hot! ugh. I also realized that I'm going to have to quit eating one of my favorite fruits eventually I think..lol. I'm kind of allergic to watermelon. Over the years it's gotten worse and worse. When I was younger, if I ate a lot of it, it would make my stomach hurt. Then it started making my lips tingle, now it makes my whole mouth itch and my throat. Usually I try to keep it to just a couple bites of it to avoid any irritation, but yesterday I was stupid and had 2 slices of it...WHOA was that ever dumb! HAHAHA! I hacked and coughed and thought I was gonna choke to death...HAHAHA...yeah I'm not the brightest.....shut up! It was soooooo good though. I'm pretty sure there is nothing better than a nice juicy piece of watermelon on a hot day. But anyways, besides the watermelon incident, it was pretty uneventful and boring..lol!

Oh, a funny thing happened this morning...hahha...it gave me a little laugh anyway. My daughter was on the computer..she loves looking up videos on youtube...usually Dora, Diego, spongebob...stuff like that. Well recently she's taken a liking to Big Time Rush...a little teeny bopper boy band on Nickelodeon...so she came to me and asked me how to spell it, so she could search for it. I tell her...and she comes back and says she can't remember the last part....or that it wasn't working or something...sooooooo I go out there and see what she has typed in....HAHAHHAA....It says Big Time TUSH...HAHHA...I Thought that was funny and kinda cute. I think that's what I'll start calling my ass from now on....the Big Time Tush :smilielol5:

I'm so sore. :( Everything hurts......like EVERYTHING...I haven't been this sore in a long time...I feel like I got hit by a truck...AND I have a headache to top it off. I took some Tylenol, so hopefully that kicks in pretty soon. I'm thinking that today is just going to be one of those days...siiiigh. I guess I'll go watch Spongebob for a while.... It's the one where Mr. Krabs turns the The Krusty Krab into Krusty Towers....a hotel...so he can get more money :rolleyes: ..........my kids seriously need better taste in cartoons....lol!

I'm gonna have to go with Garfield or.....The Smurfs....I loved The Smurfs...or....Looney Tunes...The Flintstones.....OOoooo...The Gummi Bears...or Scooby Doo.....I could go on and on. HAHAHA. Damnit...now The Gummi Bears theme song is stuck in my head.:banghead:

I've been up for a little while...already got all my cleaning done for the day...well except for taking care of laundry that is currently drying in the dryer....but that won't take long at all...it's just a few towels. So the rest of my day is pretty free. I'm going to hop on the treadmill in a few minutes and get that done too. I'm feeling pretty productive today.....for once..hahaha!
The kids are already up, dressed, outside and getting in trouble....so I guess they're being productive too? :confused: They could be being productive by cleaning their rooms...but eh whatever...at least they're not in here bugging me....:smilielol5:


Aaaanywho....I hope everyone has a great Friday and a great weekend! I'm off to do the treadmill! :)
 
I'm bored. Super duper bored. SIIIGH. My Sweetie is busy tonight.....my one best friend is in the hospital(she's fine, don't worry).....my other best friend had plans for tonight......so I'm trying to entertain myself.....and it's not going so well...hahaha!

I'm just sitting here watching The Transporter, listening to music and thinking that maaaaybe I should just go to bed early tonight. I haven't been sleeping worth a crap lately, partly because of my sleeping conditions....which are not good. So, I'm thinking a good nights sleep is just what I need. Hopefully I'll get it..siiigh

Although, I'm kind of interested in this movie now...siiiigh...decisions..decisions..hahaha! Movie? Sleep?? I think sleep is probably going to win.
